Indonesia) | ABSTRAK Keterangan terdakwa sebagai salah satu alat bukti yang sah menurut undang-undang dalam suatu pembuktian perkara pidana adalah untuk memenuhi alat bukti petunjuk guna hakim memperoleh keyakinan untuk mengambil putusan apakah hakim benar-benar memperoleh keyakinan bahwa terdakwa melakukan tindak pidana atau tidak dan untuk dasar pertimbangan hukum bagi hakim dalam menjatuhkan putusan. Inggris) | ABSTRACT Statement from the defendant as one of the valid evidence under the laws in a criminal case is to fulfill the instructions of evidence, the judge in order to gain conviction to take decisions, whether the judge actually confident that defendant committed the crime or not and for basic legal considerations for judges in making adjudication. Based on the description, the author are interested in researching and pouring the results in this thesis entitled : EVIDENTIARY OF DEFENDANT CHILD STATEMENT IN THIEVERY CRIMINAL OFFENSE (JUDICIAL REVIEW THE DECISION OF THE DISTRICT COURT PURWOKERTO NUMBER : 40/PID.B/2012/PN.PWT). Based on the description above, the author formulated a problem, the first is why the defendant which is still a child present at the court in the Verdict Number : 40/Pid.B/2012/PN.Pwt?
