| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Mendapatkan pengaruh dosis pupuk N-ZEO-SR-Plus terhadap serapan hara Si oleh tanaman padi, 2) Mengetahui pengaruh waktu pemberian pupuk N-ZEO-SR-Plus terhadap serapan unsur hara Si oleh tanaman padi, 3) Mengetahui pengaruh dosis pupuk N-ZEO-SR-Plus terhadap ketahanan tanaman padi atas serangan patogen, 4) Mengetahui pengaruh interaksi kombinasi dosis pupuk N-ZEO-SR-Plus dan waktu pemberian terhadap ketahanan tanaman padi atas serangan patogen. Penelitian ini dilakukan di lahan sawah Desa Sumbang, Kecamatan Sumbang, Kabupaten Banyumas, Laboratorium Tanah dan Sumberdaya Lahan, dan Laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman Fakultas Pertanian Unsoed mulai bulan Maret 2023 hingga Januari 2024. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) yang terdiri atas 2 faktor dengan 3 ulangan, yaitu faktor pertama dosis pupuk dan faktor kedua waktu pemupukan. Variabel yang diamati, yaitu intensitas penyakit, Under Disease Progress Curve (AUDPC), penghambatan penyakit, Fenol total, serapan Si, tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan, jumlah anakan produktif, dan bobot kering tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan serapan Si oleh tanaman pada perlakuan dosis cenderung meningkat. Serapan Si tanaman tertinggi terdapat pada dosis 1 (200 kg/ha), yaitu 17 mg. Serapan Si oleh tanaman pada perlakuan waktu pemberian pupuk N-ZEO-SR-Plus satu kali saat tanaman berumur 7 hari setelah tanam cenderung lebih tinggi. Pupuk N-ZEO-SR-Plus menekan perkembangan penyakit bercak sempit sebesar 12,27% pada dosis 3 (600 kg/ha). Menekan perkembangan penyakit busuk pelepah sebesar 46,43% pada dosis 3 (600 kg/ha). Menekan perkembangan penyakit hawar pelepah sebesar 6,12% pada dosis 1 (200 kg/ha). Tidak ada interaksi antara pelakuan dosis dan waktu pemberian pupuk N-ZEO-SR-Plus terhadap ketahan tanaman padi atas serangan patogen. |

Inggris) | This research aims to 1) determine the effect of the dose of N-ZEO-SR-Plus fertilizer on the uptake of the Si nutrient by rice plants, 2) determine the effect of the time of application of the N-ZEO-SR-Plus fertilizer on the uptake of the Si nutrient by rice plants, 3) To determine the effect of the dose of N-ZEO-SR-Plus fertilizer on the resistance of rice plants to pathogen attack, 4) To determine the effect of the interaction of the combination of N-ZEO-SR-Plus fertilizer dose and the time of application on the resistance of rice plants to attack by pathogens. This research was conducted in the rice fields of Sumbang Village, Sumbang District, Banyumas Regency, Soil and Land Resources Laboratory, and Plant Protection Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Unsoed from March 2023 to January 2024. The research used a Complete Randomized Block Design (RAKL) consisting of 2 factors. with 3 replications, namely the first factor is fertilizer dose and the second factor is fertilization time. The variables observed were disease intensity, Under Disease Progress Curve (AUDPC), disease inhibition, total phenol, Si uptake, plant height, number of tillers, number of productive tillers, and plant dry weight. The results showed that Si uptake by plants at the dose treatment tended to increase. The highest plant Si uptake was at dose 1 (200 kg/ha), namely 17 mg. Si uptake by plants in the treatment when N-ZEO-SR-Plus fertilizer was applied once when the plants were 7 days after planting tended to be higher. N-ZEO-SR-Plus fertilizer suppressed the development of narrow spot disease by 12.27% at dose 3 (600 kg/ha). Suppresses the development of sheath rot disease by 46.43% at dose 3 (600 kg/ha). Suppresses the development of sheath blight by 6.12% at dose 1 (200 kg/ha). There was no interaction between the dose and time of application of N-ZEO-SR-Plus fertilizer on the resistance of rice plants to pathogen attacks. |
