| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar belakang - Angka cakupan pemeriksaan IVA di Indonesia masih jauh di bawah target, sehingga penyebab rendahnya minat wanita usia subur dalam mendeteksi kanker serviks perlu diketahui dengan pasti agar tersedia solusi untuk meningkatkan angka cakupan pemeriksaan IVA di Indonesia. Pada penelitian sebelumnya belum ada pembahasan mengenai hubungan antara sikap wanita usia subur dengan perilaku pemeriksaan IVA di Kabupaten Banyumas tahun 2023. Tujuan – Mengetahui hubungan antara sikap wanita usia subur dengan perilaku pemeriksaan inspeksi visual asam asetat (IVA) di Kabupaten Banyumas tahun 2023. Metode – Penelitian analitik dengan proses pendekatan kasus-kontrol (case control) dimana kelompok kasus adalah responden yang melakukan pemeriksaan IVA dan kelompok kontrol adalah responden yang tidak melakukan pemeriksaan IVA. Hasil – Jumlah WUS dengan sikap positif yang melakukan pemeriksaan IVA adalah 113 responden (69.3%) dan WUS dengan sikap negatif yang melakukan pemeriksaan IVA adalah 50 responden (30.7%). Sedangkan jumlah WUS yang tidak melakukan pemeriksaan IVA namun bersikap positif berjumlah 61 responden (37.4%) dan WUS yang bersikap negatif berjumlah 102 responden (62.6%). Hasil uji Chi-square menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan antara sikap WUS dengan perilaku pemeriksaan IVA dengan nilai P value = 0.000 (P<0.05) dan OR = 3.779. Kesimpulan – Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara sikap wanita usia subur dengan perilaku pemeriksaan IVA di Kabupaten Banyumas tahun 2023. |

Inggris) | Background – The coverage rate of IVA examination in Indonesia is still far below the target, so the causes of low interest of women of childbearing age in detecting cervical cancer need to be known with certainty so that solutions are available to increase the coverage rate of IVA examination in Indonesia. In previous studies there has been no discussion of the relationship between the attitudes of women of childbearing age and the behavior of IVA examination in Banyumas Regency in 2023. Objective – Knowing the relationship between the attitude of women of childbearing age and the behavior of acetic acid visual inspection (IVA) in Banyumas Regency in 2023. Method – Analytical research with a case-control approach process where the case group is respondents who perform IVA examinations and the control group is respondents who do not perform IVA examinations. Results – The number of WUS with positive attitudes who performed IVA examination was 113 respondents (69.3%) and WUS with negative attitudes who performed IVA examination was 50 respondents (30.7%). While the number of WUS who did not perform IVA examination but had a positive attitude amounted to 61 respondents (37.4%) and WUS who had a negative attitude amounted to 102 respondents (62.6%). Chi-square test results showed a significant relationship between the attitude of WUS and the behavior of IVA examination with a P value = 0.000 (P <0.05) and OR = 3.779. Conclusion – There is a significant relationship between the attitude of women of childbearing age and the behavior of VIA examination in Banyumas Regency in 2023. |
