| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh temperatur terhadap daya tetas, mortalitas dan hasil tetas telur itik. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan rancangan percobaan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri atas tiga perlakuan. Perlakuan pertama penetasan dengan menggunakan temperatur 36-37°C, perlakuan kedua menggunakan temperatur 37-38°C, serta perlakuan ketiga menggunakan temperatur 38-39°C dengan setiap unit perlakuan diulang sebanyak delapan kali ulangan. Hasil analisa variansi menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap persentase daya tetas, hasil tetas dan mortalitas embrio. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daya tetas persentase tertinggi diperoleh pada temperatur 38-39°C yaitu 62±13,6 %. Persentase hasil tetas tertinggi diperoleh pada temperatur 38-39°C yaitu 49,5±10,3%, sedangkan persentase mortalitas embrio tertinggi diperoleh pada termperatur 36-37ºC yaitu 87, 91±7,32%. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan suhu optimum untuk penetasan telur itik berkisar antara 38-39°C. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study was aimed to determine the effect of temperature on hatchability, mortalityand hatching outcome of duck eggs. The research usied experimental methods the designused was Completaly Rendomized design (CRD) consistied of three treatments. The first treatment used the first hatching temperatures of 36-37°C, the second treatment used temperature 37-38°C, and the third treatment using temperature of 38-39°C with each repeated treatment unit eight replications. The results of analysis variance showed that there were significant differences (P<0.05) at percentage of hatchability, embryo mortality and hatchability outcome . The highest percentage of hatchability results was obtained at a temperature of 38-39°C, which was 62 ±13.6%. The highest percentage ofhatching outcome was obtained at a temperature of 38-39°C, 49.5±10.3%. While the highest percentage of embryo mortality was obtained at temperature of 36-37°C, 87.91±7.32%. The research concluded the optimum temperature for hatchingduck eggs ranges between 38-39°C. |
