Indonesia) | Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskripstif karena meningkatkan prokrastinasi penyusunan skripsi pada mahasiswa S-1 Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Jenderal Soedirman yang berasal dari dalam (internal) maupun dari luar (eksternal) mahasiswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh locus of control, self-efficacy, dan time management terhadap prokrastinasi penyusunan skripsi. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling dan uji regresi berganda untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Berdasarkan hasil penenlitian dan analisis data yang telah dilakukan, dapat diketahui bahwa variabel locus of control berpengaruh negatif terhadap prokrastinasi penyusunan skripsi dengan nilai thitung -4,074, variabel self-efficacy berpengaruh negatif terhadap prokrastinasi penyusunan skripsi dengan nilai thitung -44,411 dan variabel time management berpengaruh negatif terhadap prokrastinasi penyusunan skripsi dengan nilai thitung -3,416. Menurut hasil dari uji R square menunjukkan bahwa locus of control, self-efficacy, dan time management terhadap prokrastinasi penyusunan skripsi sebesar 96,8 persen. |

Inggris) | This research is a quantitative study with descriptive methods because it increases the procrastination of thesis preparation in S-1 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Jenderal Soedirman University, which comes from within (internal) and from outside (external) students. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of locus of control, self-efficacy, and time management on procrastination in preparing a thesis. Sampling using proportionate stratified random sampling technique and multiple regression test to determine how much influence the independent variable has on the dependent variable. Based on the results of research and data analysis that has been done, it can be seen that the locus of control variable has a negative effect on procrastination in preparing the thesis with a tcount value of -4.074, the self-efficacy variable has a negative effect on procrastination in preparing the thesis with a tcount value of -44.411 and the time management variable has a negative effect on procrastination in preparing the thesis with a tcount value of -3.416. According to the results of the R square test, it shows that locus of control, self-efficacy, and time management on procrastination in preparing the thesis is 96.8 percent. |
