| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Abstrak Kontribusi pendapatan tenaga kerja wanita pada usaha ternak itik cukup penting untuk meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga di Kabupaten Brebes. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1). Mengetahui besaran kontribusi curahan kerja wanita terhadap total curahan kerja usaha ternak itik di Kabupaten Brebes.; 2). Mengetahui besaran kontribusi pendapatan tenaga kerja wanita terhadap total pendapatan usaha ternak itik di Kabupaten Brebes.; dan 3). Menganalisisfaktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kontribusi pendapatan tenaga kerja wanita pada usaha ternak itik di Kabupaten Brebes. Penelitian dilaksanakan menggunakan metode survei (survey method) terhadap peternak itik petelur di Kabupaten Brebes. Sampel wilayah dambil dengan metode purposive sampling yaitu melilih tiga kecamatan yang memiliki populasi ternak itik terbanyak, sehingga terpilih Kecamatan Brebes, Bulakamba, dan Losari. Jumlah responden dipilih menggunakan metode cluster random sampling, diperoleh responden sebanyak 60 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif, analisis curahan waktu tenaga kerja wanita, analisis kontribusi tenaga kerja wanita, analisis kontribusi pendapatan tenaga kerja wanita dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1). Kontribusi curahan kerja tenaga kerja wanita sebesar 22,87 persen; 2). Kontribusi pendapatan tenaga kerja wanita sebesar Rp 21.424.738; dan 3). Kontribusi pendapatan tenaga kerja wanita dipengaruhi oleh jumlah ternak, curahan kerja. Kontribusi pendapatan tenaga kerja wanita masih dapat ditingkatkan dengan jalan menambah jumlah kepemilikan ternak sehingga alokasi tenaga kerja wanita dimanfaatkan secara optimal. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Abstrack The income contribution of women workers in the duck farming business is quite important in increasing family income in Brebes Regency. The aims of this research are (1) to determine the contribution of women's labor to the total employment of duck farming businesses in Brebes Regency, (2) to determine the contribution of female labor income to the total income of duck farming businesses in Brebes Regency and (3) to determine the factors factors that influence the income contribution of female workers in the duck farming business in Brebes Regency. The research will be carried out using a survey method on laying duck breeders in Brebes Regency. Regional samples were taken using a purposive sampling method, namely selecting three sub-districts that had the largest population of ducks, so Brebes, Bulakamba and Losari sub-districts were selected. The number of respondents was selected using the cluster random sampling method, obtaining 60 respondents. The selection of respondents was taken randomly. The analytical methods used are descriptive analysis, analysis of the time spent by women workers, analysis of the contribution of women workers, analysis of the income contribution of women workers and multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that: 1). The contribution of female workers is 22,87 percent; 2). The income contribution of female workers is IDR 21.424.738; and 3). partially the contribution of female workers' income is influenced by the number of Livestock, amount of work, age of female workers, education of female workers and farming experience of female workers.
