| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Angkatan kerja merupakan penduduk yang sudah memasuki usia kerja yaitu 15 tahun ke atas yang bekerja atau punya pekerjaan namun tidak bekerja atau menganggur. Angkatan kerja merupakan penduduk yang aktif dalam kegiatan ekonomi. Sedangkan bukan angkatan kerja merupakan penduduk yang masih sekolah dan mengurus rumah tangga. Tingkat partisipasi angkatan kerja (TPAK) sendiri merupakan suatu indikator ketenagakerjaan yang memberikan gambaran tentang penduduk yang aktif secara ekonomi dalam kegiatan sehari-hari merujuk pada suatu waktu dalam periode survei. Sebagai salah satu provinsi terbesar yang ada di Pulau Jawa tentunya Provinsi Jawa Barat mempunyai jumlah penduduk yang besar. Dengan jumlah penduduk yang besar seharusnya Jawa Barat juga menjadi provinsi dengan TPAK tertinggi, namun ternyata tidak. Oleh karena itu, peneliti memilih Jawa Barat sebagai topik yang akan diteliti dan akan memilih 10 Kota Kabupaten sebagai sampel. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Upah Minimum setiap Kota dan Kabupaten, Jumlah Angkatan Kerja, Tingkat Pendidikan, Inflasi, dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi sebagai variabel independen. Dan hasilnya adalah variabel Jumlah Angkatan Kerja dan Inflasi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap variabel dependen yaitu Tingkat Partisipasi Angkatan Kerja di Provinsi Jawa Barat. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The labor force is a population that has entered the working age, namely 15 years and over who work or have a job but are not working or unemployed. The labor force is a population that is active in economic activities. While not the labor force is a population who is still in school and takes care of the household. The labor force participation rate (TPAK) itself is an employment indicator that provides an overview of the population who are economically active in daily activities referring to a time in the survey period. As one of the largest provinces on the island of Java, of course, West Java Province has a large population. With a large population, West Java should also be the province with the highest TPAK, but it is not. Therefore, researchers choose West Java as the topic to be researched and will choose 10 Regency Cities as samples. The data used in this study was quantitative. The results in this study use the Minimum Wage of each City and District, Number of Labor Force, Education Level, Inflation, and Economic Growth as independent variables. And the result is that the variables of the Number of Labor Force and Inflation have an influence on the dependent variable, namely the Labor Force Participation Rate in West Java Province. |
