| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis apakah kinerja keberlanjutan, proporsi dewan komisaris independen, dan proporsi gender wanita memiliki pengaruh terhadap risiko saham pada perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2021- 2022. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2021-2022. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel. Berdasarkan hasil purposive sampling, diperoleh 38 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria sampel. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yaitu laporan keberlanjutan perusahaan dan laporan keuangan perusahaan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif, uji kesesuain model, uji asumsi klasik, uji goodness of fit (uji F), analisis regresi data panel, dan uji hipotesis (uji t). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kinerja keberlanjutan berpengaruh positif terhadap risiko saham; (2) Proporsi dewan komisaris independen berpengaruh negatif terhadap risiko saham; dan (3) Proporsi gender wanita tidak berpengaruh terhadap risiko saham. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research aims to test and analyze whether sustainability performance, the proportion of independent board of commissioners, and the proportion of female gender have an influence on share risk in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021-2022. This type of research is research with a quantitative approach. The type of data used in this research is secondary data. The population of this research is all mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021- 2022. Purposive sampling technique was used in sampling. Based on the results of purposive sampling, 38 companies were obtained that met the sample criteria. The data sources used are secondary data, namely company sustainability reports and company financial reports. The data analysis used is descriptive statistics, model suitability test, classical assumption test, goodness of fit test (F test), panel data regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (t test). The research results show that: (1) Sustainability performance has a positive effect on stock risk; (2) The proportion of independent commissioners has a negative effect on stock risk; and (3) The proportion of female gender has no effect on stock risk. |
