| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | This research aimed to know and analyze the influence of pond size, seed, feed, and labor on gurami hatchery production, to know gurami hatchery efficiency, and to know the optimum production of gurami hatchery business in Beji Village, Kedungbanteng Sub District, Banyumas Regency. The analysis result shows that pond size, seed, feed, and labor were influencing gurami hatchery production in Beji Village. The gurami hatchery efficiency value was 1,78, it meants the hatchery was efficient (R/C ratio >1), and maximum production showed Marginal Revenue (MR) for about Rp. 3,272,858.00 and Marginal Cost (MC) for about Rp. 2,817,889.00. Gurami farmer in Beji Village should pay attention on pond size, seed, feed, and labor variables because it was significantly influence on hatchery, and production factors for gurami hatchery need to be added because it gives potential to produce better gurami. |
