| Judul Artikel | Nematode Community Structure in Suspected Pathogenic Soil |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | This study examines the structure of the nematode community and its relationship to selected physical-chemical properties in suspected pathogenic soil in Sikapat and Gandatapa Village, Sumbang District, Banyumas Regency. The method used a survey to take samples from suspected pathogenic agricultural soil using transects and quadrants. The samples were extracted to obtain nematodes, which were further analyzed based on their families and functional groups. Food web analysis was carried out to determine the condition of the food web and the composition of the nematode community. Multivariate ordination analysis was applied to measure the relationship between nematode communities and environmental variables. Differences in environmental conditions and land management resulted in differences in the nematode communities in Sikapat and Gandatapa fields. Both fields showed a complex structure that ensures nutrient transfer, but the percentage of plant-parasitic nematodes is high. The nematode community structure in both fields was significantly correlated with environmental variables: organic carbon, total potassium content, soil density, water content, and electrical conductivity. |
