| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Industri di bidang kesehatan sangat berkembang saat ini. Salah satu produk yang saat ini berkembang adalah Platelet Lysate. Platelet Lysate adalah sebuah medium alternatif pertumbuhan sel. Pada industri, pembuat Platelet Lysate ini menghasilkan limbah yang cukup banyak. Oleh karena itu limbah tersebut diolah kembali menjadi produk baru yang dinamakan Platelet Lysate Nusantara (PL-Nusa) untuk mengurangi limbah. Karena PL-Nusa merupakan limbah yang diolah kembali, maka diperlukan sesuatu untuk meningkatkan nilai produknya. Salah satu caranya yaitu dengan membuat kemasan. Kemasan tidak hanya untuk meningkatkan nilai produk namun juga sebagai alat pelindung agar produk terhindar dari infeksi. Untuk membuat kemasan perlu dilakukan perancangan kemasan agar sesuai dengan keinginan dan kebutuhan konsumen. Pada produk PL-Nusa, perancangan dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan Nigel Cross. Hasilnya didapatkan kemasan yang digunakan untuk PL-Nusa berukuran 100ml dengan penutup berbentuk lingkaran, bergerigi, dan diputar. Sedangkan untuk bentuk kemasan berbentuk tabung dengan ukuran dari atas sampai bawah sama. Dan bahan yang digunakan untuk kemasan menggunakan bahan PP (Polypropylene). |

Platelet Lysate is an alternative medium for cell growth. In the Platelet Lysate making industry, it produces quite a lot of waste. Therefore, the waste is reprocessed into a new product called Platelet Lysate Nusantara (PL-Nusa) to reduce waste. Because PL-Nusa is a reprocessed waste, something is needed to increase the value of the product. One of the ways is by making packaging. Packaging is not only to increase the value of the product but also as a protective tool so that the product avoids infection. To make packaging, it is necessary to design packaging to suit the desires and needs of consumers. In the PL-Nusa product, the design was carried out using the Nigel Cross approach. The results obtained the packaging used for PL-Nusa is 100ml with a circular, serrated, and rotated cover. Meanwhile, the shape of the packaging is tubular with the same size from top to bottom. The material used for packaging is PP (Polypropylene) material. |
