| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tuberkulosis paru merupakan infeksi oportunistik yang banyak diderita pasien dengan HIV/AIDS. Faktor ini yang mengakibatkan buruknya keadaan pasien, baik tuberkulosis paru maupun HIV/AIDS. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui gambaran kejadian Tuberkulosis Paru pada penderita HIV/AIDS di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Penelitian dilakukan di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo dengan sampel seluruh data pasien HIV/AIDS yang mengalami Tuberkulosis paru di Klinik VCT RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo sebanyak 52 pasien. Berdasarkan variabel orang Pemeriksaan Tuberkulosis Paru BTA Positif sebanyak 78,8%, Tipe Penderita Tuberkulosis Paru tipe Kambuh sebanyak 61,5%, klasifikasi umur sebanyak 26-30 tahun 38,4%, jenis kelamin laki-laki sebanyak 63,5%, status pendidikan SMA sebanyak 36,5%, status pekerjaan bekerja sebanyak 69,2%, status pernikahan menikah sebanyak 61,5% dan status stadium stadium 3 sebanyak 67,5%. Berdasarkan variabel tempat sebagian besar di temukan di Kabupaten Banyumas sebanyak 51,9% dan Kecamatan Baturaden sebanyak 15,3%. Berdasarkan variabel waktu rentang waktu 0-3 bulan sebanyak 88,4% dan tertinggi pada tahun 2011 sebanyak 40,4%. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan dalam mengurangi jumlah penderita dan risiko penderita HIV/AIDS dengan Tuberkulosis Paru melalui meningkatkan pencegahan kasus Tuberkulosis Paru pada penderita HIV/AIDS dan pemberian informasi berbagai bentuk media informasi sehingga penangan yang diberikan bersifat tepat guna. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Pulmonary tuberculosis is an opportunistic infection that affects many HIV / AIDS patient. This factors cause conditions of patient become worst, both clinical tuberculosis and HIV / AIDS. This study aims is to reveal the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis in HIV / AIDS patient in Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo hospital. This research use a descriptive study using study case method. The study was conducted in Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Hospital with population all of the data HIV / AIDS patients who have pulmonary tuberculosis in VCT Clinic Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Hospital as many as 52 patients. The samples used were all of the population in the study. Based on those variables smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis examination as much as 78.8%, Type Pulmonary Tuberculosis Patients Relapse type as much as 61.5%, the classification of life as much as 38.4% 26-30 years, male gender as much as 63.5%, the status as much as 36.5% of high school education, employment status works as 69.2%, marital status, 61.5% were married as stage 3 and stage status as much as 67.5%. Based on the variables where most were found in Banyumas district as much as 51.9% and as much as 15.3% in Baturaden. Based on the variable range time of 0-3 months as much as 88.4% and the highest as much as 40.4% in 2011. The efforts that can do is reduce the number of patients and the risk through transparency regarding aggregate data on HIV / AIDS patient with Pulmonary Tuberculosis, include presenting information through various media information |
