| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Kejadian darurat merupakan suatu keadaan yang dapat mengancam jiwa dan memerlukan tindakan pertolongan pertama. Keberhasilan pertolongan pertama dipengaruhi oleh pemberi pertolongan pertama. Namun sedikit informasi yang tersedia dalam literatur. Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu penelitian untuk mendalami hal tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengetahuan pertolongan pertama dan sikap petugas wisata air pada saat terjadi kecelakaan. Metodologi: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah petugas wisata air di Banyumas. Total ada 43 peserta yang bersedia menjadi responden penelitian. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat. Hasil Penelitian: Mayoritas responden termasuk dalam kategori usia dewasa akhir, didominasi oleh laki-laki (86%), pendidikan terakhir SMA/SMK/MA (48,8%), jumlah petugas paling banyak berada di Lokawisata Baturaden (72,1%), lama bekerja lebih dari lima tahun (65,1%), sudah mengikuti pelatihan (76,7%), dan sudah pernah menolong kejadian kecelakaan (100%). Dari penelitian ini, didapatkan tingkat pengetahuan cukup (55.8%), tingkat pengetahuan kurang (39,5%), dan tingkat pengetahuan baik (4,7%) serta memiliki sikap positif (100%) dalam memberikan pertolongan pertama. Kesimpulan: Sebagian besar responden memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang cukup. Akan tetapi, masih terdapat dua aspek yang memerlukan peningkatan lebih lanjut. Semua responden telah memiliki sikap yang positif terkait tindakan pertolongan pertama pada kejadian kecelakaan. Namun masih terdapat tiga bentuk sikap yang kurang tepat dilakukan saat pemberian pertolongan pertama. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: An emergency event is a condition that can be life threatening and requires first aid measures. A successfull first aid is influenced by the first provider. However little information is available in the literature. Therefore a study demand to explore it. This study mean to describe the first aid knowledge and attitudes of the water tourist service in the event of an accident. Methods: A descriptive research was conducted. Population of the study was the water tourism officers in Banyumas. In total there were 43 participants who were willing to become research respondents. The analysis used was univariate analysis. Results: Most of the respondents were in the late adult age category, dominated by men (86%), with a minimum education of SMA/SMK/MA (48.8%), the highest number of officers were at the Baturaden Lokawisata (72.1%), for a long time have worked for more than five years (65.1%), have attended training (76.7%), and have helped with emergencies (100%). From this research, it was found that the level of knowledge was sufficient (55.8%), the level of knowledge was poor (39.5%), and the level of knowledge was good (4.7%) and had a positive attitude (100%) in providing first aid. Conclusion: Most respondents had a sufficient level of knowledge. However, there were still two aspects that require further improvement. All respondents had a positive attitude regarding first aid measures in the event of an accident. However, there were still three forms of attitudes that were not appropriate when providing first aid. |
