Indonesia) | ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Kejadian jatuh masih menjadi hal yang mengkhawatirkan pada seluruh pasien rawat inap, berdampak pada cedera pasien bahkan kematian, dapat terjadi karena kurangnya kepatuhan dalam melaksanakan protokol pencegahan pasien jatuh. Kepatuhan dapat ditingkatkan melalui pemakaian sistem teknologi informasi. Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan dalam upaya pencegahan risiko jatuh pada pasien rawat inap di RSU Ananda Purwokerto dengan mengembangkan aplikasi AREI yang valid dan reliabel. Metodologi: Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan research and development pada tahap pengembangan produk dan quasi experimental pretest posttest with control group design pada tahap penelitian. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas terhadap sistem AREI dilakukan melalui metode Delphi dan dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan Content Validity Index. Teknik sampling menggunakan total sampling secara consecutive. Besar sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 42 perawat dan bidan yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok. Data hasil penelitian diuji dengan uji Wilcoxon dan uji Mann Whitney. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas aplikasi AREI adalah Mean I-CVI, item-level CVI rata-rata 1,00 yang berarti AREI valid dan reliabel. Karakteristik responden dan faktor risiko pasien jatuh tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan dalam upaya pencegahan risiko jatuh pasien rawat inap (p-value > 0,05). Pengembangan sistem AREI (p-value 0,001) berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan upaya pencegahan risiko jatuh pasien rawat inap (p-value 0,009). Kesimpulan: Aplikasi AREI meningkatkan kepatuhan upaya pencegahan risiko jatuh pasien rawat inap. Kata kunci: Kepatuhan, Sistem AREI, Upaya pencegahan risiko jatuh. |

Inggris) | ABSTRACT Background: Falls are still a matter of concern for all inpatients, impacting patient injury and even death, and can occur due to lack of compliance in implementing patient fall prevention protocols. Compliance can be improved through the use of information technology systems. Research Objectives: This study aims to increase compliance in efforts to prevent the risk of falls in inpatients at RSU Ananda Purwokerto by developing a valid and reliable AREI application. Methodology: This research uses a research and development design at the product development stage and a quasi experimental pretest posttest with control group design at the research stage. Validity and reliability testing of the AREI system was carried out using the Delphi method and analyzed using the Content Validity Index approach. The sampling technique uses total consecutive sampling. The sample size in this study was 42 nurses and midwives who were divided into two groups. The research data were tested using the Wilcoxon test and Mann Whitney test. Research Results: The results of the validity and reliability test of the AREI application are Mean I-CVI, item-level CVI is an average of 1.00, which means AREI is valid and reliable. Respondent characteristics and patient fall risk factors did not influence compliance in efforts to prevent the risk of falls in inpatients (p-value > 0.05). The development of the AREI system (p-value 0.001) influenced compliance with efforts to prevent the risk of falls in inpatients (p-value 0.009).
