| Judul Artikel | EFEKTIVITAS APLIKASI “BABIES” TERHADAP BREASTFEEDING SELF EFFICACY PADA IBU BAYI DENGAN BERAT BADAN LAHIR RENDAH DI RUMAH SAKIT PROF DR MARGONO SOEKARJO PURWOKERTO |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: BBLR membutuhkan nutrisi yang menunjang kesehatannya. ASI merupakan nutrisi penting bagi kelangsungan hidup bayi berat lahir rendah. Ibu yang mempunyai bayi dengan BBLR memiliki lebih banyak kekhawatiran tentang menyusui Tenaga kesehatan memiliki peran penting untuk memberikan edukasi untuk meningkatkan BSE pada ibu dengan BBLR. Tujuan: Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan dan menguji efektivitas aplikasi berbasis android “BABIES” terhadap BSE pada ibu dengan BBLR Metode: Metode pada penelitian ini adalah dibagi menjadi dua tahap, tahap pertama adalah melakukan pengembangan aplikasi dengan model ADDIE dan dilakukan uji aplikasi terhadap rater expert dan rater awam dan dihasilkan nilai lebih dari 0,60. Tahap kedua dengan melakukan implementasi pada responden dengan metode Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT) dengan responden berjumlah 25 untuk kelompok intervensi dan 25 untuk kelompok kontrol.Kriteria inklusi dari penelitian ini adalah ibu bayi dengan berat badan 1500-2500 gr, ibu yang memiliki smartphone, ibu yang bisa mengoperasikan smarthphone, ibu yang bisa membaca dan menulis dan ibu yang bayinya masih dalam perawatan di ruang perina. Hasil: Hasil uji aplikasi dengan Inter class corelation didapatkan hasil menunjukan adanya kesepakatan antar rater. Uji independent sample t-test digunakan untuk menunjukkan nilai p-value sebesar 0,000. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara rata-rata efikasi diri responden dalam kelompok intervensi setelah diperkenalkan aplikasi BABIES dengan kelompok kontrol Kesimpulan: Aplikasi Android BABIES dapat digunakan sebagai media dalam peningkatan BSE pada ibu dengan BBLR .BSE ibu dengan BBLR sangat diperlukan untuk keberlangsungan pemberian ASI pada BBLR |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: LBW babies need nutrition to support their health. Breast milk is an important nutrient for the survival of low birth weight babies. Mothers who have LBW babies have more concern about breastfeeding. Health workers have an important role in providing education to improve BSE in mothers of LBW babies. Objective: The aim of this research is to develop and test the effectiveness of the android-based application "BABIES" against BSE in LBW mothers. Methods: The method in this research is divided into two stages, the first stage is to develop the application using the ADDIE model and test the application on expert rater and lay rater and produce a score of more than 0.60. The second stage is implementation on respondents using the Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT) method with 25 respondents for the intervention group and 25 for the control group. The inclusion criteria for this study were mothers of babies weighing 1500-2500 grams, mothers who had smartphones, mothers who can operate a smartphone, mothers who can read and write and mothers whose babies are still being cared for in the birthing room. Result: The results of the application test with Inter class correlation showed that there was agreement between the raters. The independent sample t-test was used to show a p-value of 0.000. It can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the average self-efficacy of respondents in the intervention group after the BABIES application was introduced and the control group. Conclusion: The BABIES Android application can be used as a instrument to increase BSE in LBW mothers. BSE for LBW mothers is very necessary for the sustainbility of breastfeeding for LBW mothers. |
