| Judul Artikel | Analisis Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Perilaku pencegahan Tuberkulosis pada Masyarakat di Kelurahan Teluk Kecamatan Purwokerto Selatan |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Angka kasus tuberkulosis pada 2023 di Puskesmas Purwokerto Selatan menduduki jumlah tertinggi di Banyumas. Kelurahan Teluk menjadi Kelurahan dengan kasus tertinggi di wilayah kerja puskesmas ini. Perilaku pencegahan yang kurang baik dapat meningkatkan risiko penularan dari penyakit tuberkulosis di kelurahan ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi perilaku pencegahan penularan tuberkulosis pada masyarakat di kelurahan Teluk Kecamatan Purwokerto Selatan. Metode: Penelitan ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif crossectional dengan populasi seluruh masyarakat Teluk dan sampel sejumlah 106 responden diambil dengan metode accidental sampling. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini (umur, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, pekerjaan, pendapatan, pengetahuan, sikap, aksesibilitas informasi, dukungan keluarga, dan dukungan petugas kesehatan) variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini perilaku pencegahan TB. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan wawancara dan kuesioner. Analisis data berupa analisis univariat, bivariat dengan uji chi- square, dan multivariat dengan regresi logistik. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 56,6% responden memiliki kategori perilaku baik terhadap perilaku pencegahan tuberkulosis. Aksesesibilitas informasi dan jenis kelamin memiliki pengaruh terhadap perilaku pencegahan Tuberkulosis di Kelurahan Teluk. Kesimpulan: Jenis kelamin perempuan dan aksesibilitas informasi yang baik memiliki pengaruh terhadap perilaku pencegahan tuberkulosis yang baik pada masyarakat di Kelurahan Teluk |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: The number of tuberculosis cases in 2023 at the South Purwokerto Community Health Center will be the highest in Banyumas. Teluk Subdistrict is the subdistrict with the highest cases in the work area of this puskesmas. Poor preventive behavior can increase the risk of transmission of tuberculosis in this sub-district. The aim of this research is to analyze what factors influence the behavior of preventing the transmission of tuberculosis in the community in Teluk sub-district, South Purwokerto District. Method: This study is a quantitative cross-sectional research involving the entire population of Teluk community with a sample size of 106 respondents selected through accidental sampling method. The independent variables in this study (age, gender, education, occupation, income, knowledge, attitude, accessibility of information, family support, and health worker support) are related to the dependent variable, which is TB prevention behavior. The research instrument comprises interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis includes univariate analysis, bivariate analysis using chi-square test, and multivariate analysis using logistic regression. Research Results: The analysis results indicate that 56.6% of the respondents exhibit good behavior towards tuberculosis prevention. Accessibility of information and gender have an influence on tuberculosis prevention behavior in the Teluk District. Conclusion: Female gender and good information accessibility influence good tuberculosis prevention behavior in Teluk Sub-District |
