| Judul Artikel | Analisis Faktor Risiko Yang Berpengaruh Terhadap Kejadian Tuberkulosis Paru Dewasa Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Purwokerto Timur II Kabupaten Banyumas |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Kejadian Tuberkulosis dewasa di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Purwokerto Timur II cenderung mengalami peningkatan kasus setiap tahunnya. Puskesmas Purwokerto Timur II merupakan salah satu puskesmas dengan jumlah kasus Tuberkulosis terbanyak yaitu sebanyak 47 kasus. Maka dari itu penting untuk mengetahui faktor risiko yang paling berpengaruh agar dapat melakukan langkah preventif yang tepat. Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analitik observasional dengan metode kasus kontrol. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 76 orang yang mencakup 38 kasus dan 38 kontrol. Pengambilan sampel kontrol menggunakan total sampling sedangkan sampel kontrol menggunakan purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu berupa kuesioner dan pengukuran observasi. Variabel bebas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu umur, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, pekerjaan, penghasilan, perilaku merokok, ventilasi, kepadatan hunian, jenis lantai, jenis dinding. Data pada penelitian ini akan dianalisis menggunakan analisis univariat,bivariat dan multivariat Hasil Penelitian: Berdasarkan hasil analisis multivariat, variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap kejadian Tuberkulosis di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Purwokerto Timur II yaitu, luas ventilasi yang < 10% luas lantai rumah (OR 4,329), jenis lantai yang tidak kedap air (OR 3,639). Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan variabel yang berpengaruh dengan kejadian Tuberkulosis yaitu luas ventilasi yang tidak memenuhi standar dan jenis lantai yang tidak kedap air. Variabel yang paling berpengaruh yaitu ventilasi. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: The incidence of adult tuberculosis in the work area of the East Purwokerto II Community Health Center tends to increase in cases every year. East Purwokerto II Health Center is one of the health centers with the highest number of Tuberculosis cases, namely 47 cases. Therefore, it is important to know the most influential risk factors so that you can take appropriate preventive steps. Methods: The type of research used in this research is observational analytics with a case control method. The sample for this study consisted of 76 people including 38 cases and 38 controls. Control samples were taken using total sampling while control samples used purposive sampling. The research instruments used were questionnaires and observation measurements. The independent variables used in this research are age, gender, education, employment, income, smoking behavior, ventilation, residential density, floor type, wall type. The data in this study will be analyzed using univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. Results: Based on the results of multivariate analysis, the variables that influence the incidence of Tuberculosis in the work area of the East Purwokerto II Community Health Center are ventilation area that is <10% of the floor area of the house (OR 4.329), floor types that are not waterproof (OR 3.639). Conclusion: Based on research that has been conducted, the variables that influence the incidence of Tuberculosis are ventilation areas that do not meet standards and floor types that are not watertight.
