| Judul Artikel | ANALISIS PERAN STAKEHOLDER TERHADAP PROGRAM PENANGGULANGAN KASUS TUBERKULOSIS DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS PURWOKERTO BARAT |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang : Upaya yang telah dilakukan oleh Puskesmas Purwokerto Barat berbagai pihak telah disasar dalam upaya kerjasama lintas sektor mulai dari instansi pemerintah, LSM, hingga instansi kesehatan swasta. Namun dalam pengaplikasiannya masih ditemukan beberapa kendala dalam indikator keberhasilan program TB di Purwokerto Barat. Sehingga perlu dilakukan analisis terkait peran stakeholder yang terlibat dalam program TB di wilayah Purwokerto Barat Metode : Penelitian dilaksanakan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Purwokerto Barat pada bulan oktober hingga desember 2023. Dengan penentuan subyek penelitian menggunakan purposive samplimg. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah tematik analisis dengan Microsoft Excel. Hasil Penelitian : terdapat setidaknya sebelas pemangku kepentingan yang terlibat, pihak tersebut memiliki peran yang berbeda-beda mulai dari melaksanakan program TB hingga melakukan pendampingan dan membantu di luar kegiatan TB, pengaruh yang ditimbulkan juga selaras dengan peran yang dilakukan sehingga masing-masing stakeholder memiliki perngaruh yang berbeda, selain itu, keterbatasan mobilitas dan adanya pemanfaatan program kesehatan lainnya menjadi faktor yang mempegaruhi stakeholder sehingga menimbulkan perbedaan penerimaan peran stakeholder oleh masyarakat seperti ada yang menerima peran stakeholder dan ada yang menolak peran stakeholder tersebut.. Kesimpulan : keterlibatan berbagai pihak menyebabkan adanya perbedaan peran dan pengaruh yang ditimbulkan oleh keberagaman pihak yang terlibat dalam program TB di wilayah Purwokerto Barat, serta adanya faktor yang mempengaruhi stakeholder dalam implementasi program membuat penerimaan masyarakat juga memiliki perbedaan respon terhadap stakeholder dan program. |

Inggris) | Background : The efforts that have been made by the West Purwokerto Public Health Center have been targeted at various parties in cross-sector collaboration efforts ranging from government agencies, NGOs, to private health agencies. However, in its application, several obstacles were still found in the success indicators of the TB program in West Purwokerto. So it is necessary to carry out an analysis regarding the role of stakeholders involved in the TB program in the West Purwokerto area. Method : The research was carried out in the work area of the West Purwokerto Community Health Center from October to December 2023. The research subjects were determined using purposive sampling. The data analysis used is thematic analysis using Microsoft Excel. Result : There are at least eleven stakeholders involved, these parties have different roles ranging from implementing the TBC program to providing assistance and assistance outside of TBC activities, the influence they have is also in line with the role they play so that each stakeholder has a different influence, Apart from that, limited mobility and the use of other health programs are factors that influence stakeholders, giving rise to differences in the acceptance of the role of stakeholders by the community, such as some who accept the role of stakeholders and some who reject the role of stakeholders.. Conclusion : The involvement of various parties causes differences in roles and influences resulting from the diversity of parties involved in the TB program in the West Purwokerto area, as well as the factors that influence stakeholders in implementing the program, making community acceptance also have different responses to stakeholders and the program. |
