| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Ultra processed food merupakan makanan industri yang tinggi akan energi, lemak dan rendah serat. Produk ultra processed food berpengaruh terhadap kejadian gizi lebih. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan, sikap, dan konsumsi ultra processed food dengan status gizi pada mahasiswa Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Metodologi: Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode observasional dengan desain cross-sectional. Sejumlah 59 mahasiswa dipilih sebagai sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Populasi pada penelitian ini mahasiswa aktif S1 Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner pengetahuan dan sikap, pengukuran tingkat konsumsi menggunakan FFQ dan pengukuran berat badan serta tinggi badan. Uji Chi-Square dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel independent dengan variabel dependen. Hasil Penelitian: Tidak terdapat hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan tentang ultra processed food dengan status gizi (p=0,343). Terdapat hubungan antara sikap tentang ultra processed food dengan status gizi (p=0,036). Tidak terdapat hubungan antara konsumsi ultra processed food dengan status gizi (p=0,260). Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara sikap tentang ultra processed food dengan status gizi. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: Ultra processed food is an industrial food that is high in energy, fat and low in fiber. Ultra-processed food products affect the incidence of more nutrition. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge, attitudes, and consumption of ultra-processed food with nutritional status in Jenderal Soedirman University students. Background: Ultra processed food is an industrial food that is high in energy, fat and low in fiber. Ultra-processed food products affect the incidence of more nutrition. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge, attitudes, and consumption of ultra-processed food with nutritional status in Jenderal Soedirman University students. Methodology: This study was conducted by observational method with cross-sectional design. A total of 59 students were selected as samples using the purposive sampling method. The population in this study was active S1 students of Jenderal Soedirman University. Data collection using knowledge and attitude questionnaires, consumption level measurements using FFQ and weight and height measurements.
