| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Melalui video berjudul “RAFFI AHMAD, ANYA GERALDINE, ONCE, AHOK (Biar SEO-nya Bagus)” Mr. KeCe dan redaksi Opini.Id berusaha menonjolkan dua kasus pelanggaran protokol kesehatan COVID-19. Kasus pertama yaitu membludaknya pengunjung Waterboom Lippo Cikarang. Kasus kedua yaitu adanya pesta ulang tahun yang melanggar protokol kesehatan dan dihadiri oleh Raffi Ahmad seusai mendapatkan vaksin pertama bersama Presiden Indonesia. Penelitian ini disusun dengan tujuan untuk melihat dan menganalisis konstruksi bingkai yang dibangun dalam video Mr. KeCe terkait kasus pelanggaran protokol kesehatan COVID-19 yang dilakukan oleh tokoh publik melalui perspektif analisis framing Robert N Entman. Berdasarkan analisis framing yang dilakukan pada video tersebut, diketahui bahwa Mr. KeCe melakukan pembingkaian isu bahwa Raffi Ahmad selaku tokoh publik melanggar protokol kesehatan. Penyebab permasalahan pelanggaran protokol kesehatan yang terjadi terdiri dari masyarakat yang tidak menahan hasrat berlibur, artis sebagai contoh perilaku masyarakat justru melanggar protokol kesehatan, pengelola tempat wisata yang kurang tegas melaksanakan protokol kesehatan, serta Pemerintah Indonesia yang kurang serius dalam menangani pandemi Covid-19. Redaksi Opini.Id memberikan rekomendasi artis selaku tokoh publik bersamaan dengan masyarakat umum kembali memperkuat pelaksanaan protokol kesehatan bersama-sama memerangi COVID-19. Selain itu masyarakat dimohon untuk menahan keinginan untuk berlibur hingga pandemi dinyatakan selesai. Pemerintah Indonesia disarankan untuk meningkatkan keseriusan melalui pembentukan regulasi dan pelaksanaannya untuk menjamin keselamatan masyarakat Indonesia. |

Inggris) | Through a video entitled "RAFFI AHMAD, ANYA GERALDINE, ONCE, AHOK (Biar SEO-nya Bagus)" Mr KeCe and the editors of Opini.Id tried to highlight two cases of violations of the COVID-19 health protocol. The first case was the viral surge in visitors to Waterboom Lippo Cikarang. The second case was a birthday party that violated health protocols and was attended by Raffi Ahmad after receiving the first vaccine with the President of Indonesia. This research was prepared with the aim of viewing and analyzing the frame construction built in Mr KeCe's video regarding cases of violations of the COVID-19 health protocol committed by public figures through the perspective of Robert N Entman's framing analysis. Based on the framing analysis carried out on the video, it is known that Mr KeCe framed the issue that Raffi Ahmad as a public figure violated health protocols. The causes of health protocol violations that occur consist of people not holding back their desire to go on holiday, artists as an example of people's behavior who actually violate health protocols, tourist attraction managers who are less strict in implementing health protocols, and the Indonesian government which is not serious enough in handling the Covid-19 pandemic. The editors of Opini.Id provide recommendations for artists as public figures together with the general public to strengthen the implementation of health protocols together to fight COVID-19. Apart from that, people are asked to hold back the desire to go on holiday until the pandemic is declared over. The Indonesian government is advised to increase seriousness through the formation of regulations and their implementation to ensure the safety of the Indonesian people. |
