| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang : Pembinaan Prestasi Olahraga merupakan wadah untuk menigkatkan bakat secara terstruktur dengan mengembangkannya melalui setiap klub disuatu daerah. Untuk mengetahui kondisi obyek dari sebuah sebuah perencanaan sampai mengetahui hasil prestasi diperlukan proses evaluasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pembinaan prestasi olahraga beladiri judo yang dilaksanakan di Kabupuaten Banyumas dengan pendekatan CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Metodologi : Menggunakan metode studi deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 4 pengurus, 2 pelatih, dan 6 atlet. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling. Hasil Penelitian : Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan, diperoleh hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan pembinaan PJSI Kabupaten Banyumas secara keseluruhan, aspek konteks sebesar 81,25% (pengurus), 90% (pelatih) dan 85,50% (atlet) sedangkan untuk aspek input 76,50% (pengurus), 89,25% (pelatih) dan 86% (atlet) sedangkan untuk aspek proses 81,25% (pengurus), 87,50% (pelatih) dan 88,58% (atlet). untuk aspek produk 91,50% (pengurus), 90%(pelatih) dan 90,75% (atlet). Kesimpulan : Dari analisis data yang dilakukan, menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan kegiatan pembinaan prestasi judo PJSI Kabupaten Banyumas masuk pada kategori baik dengan persentase sebesar 86,1%. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: Sports Achievement Development is a forum for improving talent in a structured manner by developing it through each club in an area. To find out the condition of an object from a plan to knowing the results of achievements, an evaluation process is needed. The aim of this research is to evaluate the development of judo martial arts performance carried out in Banyumas Regency using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) approach. Methodology: Using quantitative descriptive study methods. The research sample consisted of 4 administrators, 2 coaches and 6 athletes. The sampling technique uses the Purposive Sampling method. Results: Based on the data analysis carried out, the results obtained from the evaluation of the implementation of PJSI coaching activities in Banyumas Regency as a whole, the context aspect was 81.25% (managers), 90% (coaches) and 85.50% (athletes) while for the input aspect it was 76 .50% (managers), 89.25% (coaches) and 86% (athletes) while for the process aspect 81.25% (managers), 87.50% (coaches) and 88.58% (athletes). for product aspects 91.50% (managers), 90% (coaches) and 90.75% (athletes). Conclusion: From the data analysis carried out, it shows that the implementation of judo PJSI achievement development activities in Banyumas is in the good category with a percentage of 86.1%. |
