| Judul Artikel | Pengaruh Limbah Media Tanam Jamur Kancing Dan Pupuk Kandang Terhadap Karakter Agronomi Dan Hasil Selada Di Tanah Inceptisol |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian limbah media tanam jamur kancing dan pupuk kandang sapi terhadap karakter agronomi dan hasil tanaman selada di tanah inceptisol, serta mengetahui pengaruh limbah media tanam jamur kancing dan pupuk kandang sapi terhadap karakteristik kimia tanah Inceptisol. Pengambilan sampling dilakukan di Screen house Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman dan analisis dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Ilmu Tanah serta Laboratorium Agronomi & Hortikultura Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman Februari - Oktober 2023. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan dua faktor dengan tiga ulangan. Faktor pertama dosis limbah media tanam jamur kancing yang terdiri atas tiga taraf. Faktor kedua pupuk kandang sapi yang terdiri atas tiga taraf. Variabel pengukuran meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, panjang akar, bobot tanaman segar, bobot tanaman kering, bobot akar segar, bobot akar kering, P-Total, P-Tersedia, K-Total, K-Tersedia, dan C/N rasio. Hasil pengukuran dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA pada taraf 5%, jika terdapat perbedaan nyata maka dianalisis dengan DMRT pada taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dosis limbah media tanam jamur kancing memberikan peningkatan pada tinggi tanaman mencapai 20,70 cm, bobot segar tanaman mencapai 80,01 g, bobot kering tanaman mencapai 8,14 g, K-Tersedia (me/100 g tanah) mencapai 0,31 me/100 g tanah dan P-Tersedia mencapai 10,02 ppm pada pemberian dosis limbah media tanam jamur kancing sebesar 40 ton/ha. Pemberian dosis pupuk kandang sapi tidak menunjukan pengaruh nyata pada setiap variabel pengamatan. Perlakuan pemberian dosis limbah media tanam jamur kancing dan pupuk kandang sapi menunjukan terdapat interaksi terhadap hasil produksi yaitu pada bobot segar tanaman mencapai 116,12 g, dan pada bobot kering tanaman mencapai 11,76 g. |

Inggris) | This research aims to determine the effect of providing champignon mushroom planting media waste and cow manure on the agronomic characteristics and yield of lettuce plants in Inceptisol soil, as well as to determine the effect of champignon mushroom planting media waste and cow manure on the chemical characteristics of Inceptisol soil. Sampling was carried out atScreen house Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University and analysis was carried out at the Soil Science Laboratory and Agronomy & Horticulture Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University, February - October 2023. The research used a Complete Randomized Block Design (RAKL) with two factors with three replications. The first factor is the dose of champignon mushroom growing media waste which consists of three levels. The second factor is cow manure which consists of three levels. Measurement variables include plant height, number of leaves, root length, fresh plant weight, dry plant weight, fresh root weight, dry root weight, P-Total, P-Available, K-Total, K-Available, and C/N ratio. The measurement results were analyzed using ANOVA at the 5% level, if there were significant differences then they were analyzed using DMRT at the 5% level. The results of the study showed that the dose of champignon mushroom growing media waste compost provided an increase in plant height reached 20.70 cm, plant fresh weight reached 80.01 g, plant dry weight reached 8.14 g, K-Available (me/100 g soil) reached 0.31 me/100 g soil and P-Available reached 10.02 ppm when dosed with champignon mushroom growing media waste of 40 tons/ha. Giving doses of cow manure did not show a real effect on any observed variables. The treatment of giving doses of champignon mushroom growing media waste compost and cow manure showed that there was an interaction with production results, namely that the fresh weight of the plant reached 116.12 g, and the dry weight of the plant reached 11.76 g. |
