| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pegawai Sekretariat Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kabupaten Banyumas yang sedikit tidak sebanding dengan beban kerja yang dimilikinya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Profesionalisme Kerja Pegawai Pada Sekretariat Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kabupaten Banyumas. Adapun judul penelitian ini adalah “Analisis Profesionalisme Pegawai Pada Sekretariat Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kabupaten Banyumas” Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik penentuan informan dengan purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis interaktif. Teknik validitas yang digunakan yaitu triangulasi. Dalam penelitian ini, analisis profesionalisme pegawai Sekretariat Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kabupaten Banyumas akan dilihat berdasarkan aspek profesionalisme menurut menurut Sedarmayanti (2019:348) yaitu kompetensi, efektivitas, dan efisiensi serta bertanggung jawab. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada aspek kompetensi pegawai Sekretariat Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kabupaten Banyumas sudah cukup baik dari segi pengetahuan pegawai dalam tugasnya. Akan tetapi, masih ditemukan pegawai yang kurang kompeten dalam hal keterampilan menyelesaikan masalah dalam tugasnya. Pada aspek efektivitas kerja, pegawai sudah memiliki efektivitas kerja yang baik dilihat dari segi produktivitas yang tinggi dan kualitas hasil kerja yang optimal. Pada aspek efesien kerja, pegawai juga sudah memiliki efesiensi kerja yang baik dilihat dari pencapaian hasil kerja yang sesuai target yaitu jadwal tahapan Pemilu 2024 dan pengoptimalan sumber daya yang ada. Terakhir, dari segi tanggung jawab pegawai sudah cukup menunjukkan tanggung jawab yang baik utamanya dalam tanggung jawab penyelesaian tugas dan dedikasi dalam menerima risiko pekerjaan. Akan tetapi, masih ditemukan pegawai yang kurang disiplin di Sekretariat Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kabupaten Banyumas. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The background of this research is by the employees of Banyumas Regency General Election Commission Secretariat who were slightly disproportionate to their workload. This research aims to determine the work professionalism of employees at the Banyumas Regency General Election Commission Secretariat. The title of this research is “Analysis of Employee Professionalism at the Banyumas Regency General Election Commission Secretariat”. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The technique for determining informants is purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation which was then analyzed using interactive analysis. The validity technique used is triangulation. In this research, the analysis of the professionalism of Banyumas Regency General Election Commission Secretariat employees will be looked at based on aspect professionalism according to Sedarmayanti (2019:348), namely competence, effectiveness and efficiency and responsibility. The results of the research show that the competency aspect of the Banyumas Regency General Election Commission Secretariat employees is quite good in terms of employee knowledge in their duties. However, employees are still found who are less competent in terms of problem solving skills in their duties. In the aspect of work effectiveness, employees already have good work effectiveness in terms of high productivity and optimal quality of work results. In the aspect of work efficiency, employees also have good work efficiency as seen from achieving work results that meet targets, namely the schedule for the 2024 Election stages and optimizing existing resources. At the last, in terms of responsibility, employees have shown sufficient responsibility, especially in terms of responsibility for completing tasks and dedication in accepting work risks.
