| Judul Artikel | Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Program Terapi Pencegahan Tuberkulosis Di Puskesmas Baturraden II Kabupaten Banyumas Tahun 2023 |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Pelaksanaan Program Terapi Pencegahan Tuberkulosis di Puskesmas Baturraden II belum mencapai target yaitu dengan jumlah cakupan 0% pada triwulan I dari target nasional tahun 2023 sebanyak 58%. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) yaitu model evaluasi yang memandang program sebagai sebuah sistem. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan program TPT dilihat dari komponen konteks, input, proses, dan produk. Metodologi: Penelitian kualitatif dengan desain eksploratif di Puskesmas Baturraden II dengan jumlah informan 9 orang. Analisis data menggunakan analisis tematik. Instrumen penelitian berupa lembar wawancara, alat perekam, alat tulis, dan lembar observasi. Hasil Penelitian: Cakupan pemberian TPT di Puskesmas Baturraden II masih rendah. Hal ini disebabkan karena kurangnya pelatihan TPT yang diterima tenaga kesehatan dan masyarakat, terdapat stigma negatif masyarakat, kendala pengadaan tes mantoux, kendala pengadaan dokumen pendukung pencatatan TPT, dan kendala pengadaan media edukasi TPT, belum tersedia dukungan pembiayaan dari pemerintah desa, serta kurangnya keterlibatan kader dan pemerintah desa. Kesimpulan: Pelaksanaan Terapi Pencegahan Tuberkulosis di Puskesmas Baturraden II belum mencapai tujuan. Hal ini dikarenakan terdapat beberapa kendala dalam pelaksanaannya. Sehingga diperlukan kerjasama dari berbagai pihak untuk mendukung tercapainya tujuan program TPT. |

Inggris) | Background: The implementation of the Tuberculosis Prevention Therapy Program at the Baturraden II Community Health Center has not yet reached the target, namely with 0% coverage in the first quarter of the 2023 national target of 58%. This research uses the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) method, an evaluation model that views the program as a system. The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of the TPT program in terms of context, input, process and product components. Methodology: Qualitative research with an exploratory design at the Baturraden II Community Health Center with 9 informants. Data analysis uses thematic analysis. Research instruments include interview sheets, recording equipment, writing instruments, and observation sheets. Research Results: Coverage of TPT provision at the Baturraden II Community Health Center is still low. This is due to the lack of TPT training received by health workers and the community, there is a negative stigma from the community, obstacles in procuring the mantoux test, obstacles in procuring supporting documents for TPT recording, and obstacles in procuring TPT educational media, there is no financial support available from the village government, and a lack of cadre involvement and village government. Conclusion: The implementation of Tuberculosis Prevention Therapy at the Baturraden II Community Health Center has not achieved its goals. This is because there are several obstacles in its implementation. So cooperation from various parties is needed to support the achievement of the TPT program objectives. |
