| Judul Artikel | FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KEPATUHAN MINUM OBAT ANTI TUBERKULOSIS PADA PENDERITA USIA PRODUKTIF (15-64 TAHUN) DI KECAMATAN PURWOKERTO BARAT |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Tuberkulosis paru atau yang lebih dikenal dengan TBC paru merupakan salah satu jenis penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Angka keberhasilan pengobatan TBC di Indonesia masih belum mencapai target minimal yaitu sebesar 85,9% pada tahun 2021. Tingkat keberhasilan pengobatan seseorang dari penyakit TBC berhubungan dengan kepatuhan seseorang dalam mengkonsumsi Obat Anti Tuberkulosis (OAT). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan minum obat anti tuberkulosis pada kelompok usia produktif 15-64 tahun di Kecamatan Purwokerto Barat. Metodologi: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien tuberkulosis periode Januari-Agustus 2023 yang masih melakukan pengobatan di Puskesmas Purwokerto Barat dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan total sampling yaitu sebanyak 62 sampel untuk dianalisis menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil: Analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan minum obat anti tuberkulosis pada kelompok usia produktif 15-64 tahun di Kecamatan Purwokerto Barat adalah sikap (p value = 0,024). Sementara faktor jenis kelamin (p value = 0,679), usia (p value = 1,000), status ekonomi (p value = 1,000), komorbid (p value = 0,877), dan pengetahuan (p value = 0,297) tidak terbukti berhubungan dengan kepatuhan minum obat anti tuberkulosis pada kelompok usia produktif 15-64 tahun di Kecamatan Purwokerto Barat. Kesimpulan: Faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan minum obat anti tuberkulosis pada usia produktif 15-64 tahun di Kecamatan Purwokerto Barat adalah sikap dengan nilai p value = 0,024. |

Inggris) | FACTORS RELATED TO COMBATING ANTI-TUBERCULOSIS DRUGS IN THE PRODUCTVE AGE (15-64 TAHUN) IN THE WESTERN PURWOKERTO DISTRICT Background: Pulmonary or pulmonary tuberculosis is one of the diseases caused by the mycobacterium tuberculosis. Indonesia's TB treatment rate has not reached a minimum of 85.9% by 2021. The success rate of one's treatment from tuberculosis is linked to one's adherence to anti-tuberculosis (OAT) drugs. The study aims to know of the factors associated with conformity to anti-tuberculosis drugs in the productive age group of 15-64 years in the west Purwokerto district. Methodology: The research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study is all of the tuberculosis patients of January 2023 who are still treating the western Purwokerto center with the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The data retrieval technique uses a total sample of 62 samples to analyze using the chi square test. Research result: Bivariates analysis shows that the factors associated with conformity to a productive age group of 15-64 years in the west purwokerto seed are attitudes (p value = 0.024). While gender factors (p value = 0.679), age (p value = 1,000), economic status (p value = 1,000), komorbide (p value = 0.877), and knowledge (p value = 0.297) have not proved to be associated with conformity to the productive age group 15-64 in the west purwokerto district. Conclusion: A factor relating to combating anti-tuberculosis drugs at the age of 15-64 in the west purwokerto subring is attitude with a value of 0.024. |
