| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini membahas fungsi kuasa untuk uji hipotesis arah kanan pada parameter lokasi distribusi Cauchy. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan fungsi kuasa serta menganalisis grafik fungsi kuasa. Metodologi yang digunakan untuk menentukan fungsi kuasa, yaitu menentukan statistik cukup dan daerah penolakan uji arah kanan, dan atau menggunakan konsep dasar dari definisi fungsi kuasa. Selanjutnya, grafik fungsi kuasa disimulasikan menggunakan software R. Hasil simulasi grafik menunjukkan bahwa parameter skala (σ) yang semakin besar dan batas daerah penolakan (k) yang semakin kecil, maka nilai ukuran uji semakin besar. Selain itu, untuk batas daerah penolakan (k) serta parameter lokasi (μ) yang semakin besar, maka nilai ukuran uji semakin rendah. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The research discussed the power function for the right-sided hypothesis testing in location parameter on Cauchy distribution. The purpose is to determine the power function and create the graph pattern. The power function is obtained by determining the sufficient statistics and its rejection region for the right-side, and or using the basic concept of the definition. Furthermore, the graph of power function was simulated using R software. The graphic simulation result show that for the larger scale parameter (σ) and the smaller rejection region (k), the larger size of the test. In addition, for the larger rejection region (k) and location parameter (μ), the smaller size of the test. |
