Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pengaruh penggunaan biopeptida berbahan ceker ayam yang dihidrolisis menggunakan enzim papain terhadap kecernaan bahan kering (KBK) dan bahan organik (KBO) pakan ayam broiler. Penelitian dilaksanakan secara eksperimental menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan materi ayam broiler strain CP 707 sebanyak 200 ekor dari umur DOC hingga 35 hari. Bahan yang digunakan adalah ekstrak ceker ayam yang mengandung protein sebesar 14,10%, lemak kasar 13,81%, serat kasar 18,19%, pakan basal dan air minum. Perlakuan penelitian terdiri atas R0 = pakan basal tanpa biopeptida, R1 = R0 + biopeptida 2%, R2 = R0 + biopeptida 4%, R3 = R0 + biopeptida 6%. Variabel yang diukur adalah KBK dan KBO. Analisis variansi menghasilkan informasi bahwa perlakuan biopeptida asal ceker ayam berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap Kecernaan Bahan Kering dan Kecernaan Bahan Organik ayam broiler. Rataan Kecernaan Bahan Kering R0 = 79,16±1,95%; R1 = 81,05±1,98%; R2 = 81,93±2,45%; R3 = 83,41±1,84% dan Kecernaan Bahan Organik R0 = 79,85±1,25%; R1 = 81,17±2,62%; R2 = 82,30±1,35%; R3 = 84,07±1,60%. Uji lanjut orthogonal polinomial KBK menghasilkan regresi berbentuk linear dengan persamaan Y = 1,364x + 77,981 dengan nilai R2 yaitu 40,1%. Hasil uji lanjutortogonal polinomial KBO menghasilkan regresi berbentuk linear dengan persamaan Y = 1,379x + 78,403 dan nilai R2 = 47,78%. Pemberian pakan selama pengambilan data yaitu sebesar 918 g/perlakuan dan ulangan sehingga mendapatkan nilai Konsumsi R0: 882,44 g/hari; R1: 849,22 g /hari; R2: 887,89 g/hari; R3: 893,74 g/hari. Penambahan biopeptida asal ceker ayam dengan level 6% dapat meningkatkan kecernaan bahan kering dan kecernaan bahan organik ayam broiler, karena saluran pencernaan dalam kondisi optimal. Level optimal suplementasi biopeptida 6% meningkatkan nilai KBK dan KBO ayam broiler sebesar 83,41 dan 84,07%.

This research aims to examine the effect of using biopeptides made from chicken feet that are hydrolyzed using the papain enzyme on the digestibility of dry matter (DM) and organic matter (OM) of broiler chicken feed. The research was carried out experimentally using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 200 broiler chickens of the CP 707 strain from DOC to 35 days of age. The ingredients used are chicken claw extract which contains 14.10% protein, 13.81% crude fat, 18.19% crude fiber, basal feed and drinking water. The research treatments consisted of R0 = basal feed without biopeptide, R1 = R0 + 2% biopeptide, R2 = R0 + 4% biopeptide, R3 = R0 + 6% biopeptide. The variables measured are KBK and KBO. Analysis of variance produced information that biopeptide treatment from chicken feet had a significant effect (P<0.05) on the dry matter digestibility and organic matter digestibility of broiler chickens. Average Dry Matter Digestibility R0 = 79.16±1.95%; R1 = 81.05 ± 1.98%; R2 = 81.93 ± 2.45%; R3 = 83.41 ± 1.84% and organic material digestibility R0 = 79.85 ± 1.25%; R1 = 81.17 ± 2.62%; R2 = 82.30 ± 1.35%; R3 = 84.07 ± 1.60%. Further testing of the KBK orthogonal polynomial resulted in a linear regression with the equation Y = 1.364x + 77.981 with an R2 value of 40.1%. The results of the KBO orthogonal polynomial follow-up test produced a linear regression with the equation Y = 1.379x + 78.403 and R2 = 47.78%. Feeding during data collection was 918 g/treatment and repetition to obtain a consumption value of R0: 882.44 g/day; R1: 849.22 g /day; R2: 887.89 g/day; R3: 893.74 g/day. The addition of biopeptide from chicken feet at a level of 6% can increase the digestibility of dry matter and the digestibility of organic matter in broiler chickens, because the digestive tract is in optimal condition. The optimal level of 6% biopeptide supplementation increased the CBC and KBO values of broiler chickens by 83.41 and 84.07%.
