| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji Perceived Organizational Support, Kompetensi, dan Leader Member Exchange terhadap Kinerja Karyawan yang diperluas dengan mempertimbangkan Work Engagement sebagai peran mediasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan UMKM di Kecamatan Purwanegara. Jumlah responden yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Metode purposive sampling digunakan dalam penentuan responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data dengan menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) perceived organizational support tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) kompetensi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) leader member exchange memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (4) perceived organizational Support memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap work engagement. (5) kompetensi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap work engagement, (6) leader member exchange memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap work engagement, (7) work engagement memediasi hubungan antara perceived organizational support terhadap kinerja karyawan, (8) work engagement tidak memediasi hubungan antara kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan (9) work engagement tidak memediasi hubungan antara leader member exchange terhadap kinerja karyawan |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study aims to develop and test Perceived Organizational Support, Competence, and Leader Member Exchange on Employee Performance which is expanded by considering Work Engagement as a mediating role. The population in this study were employees of MSMEs in Purwanegara District. The number of respondents taken in this study were 100 respondents. The purposive sampling method was used in determining respondents. Based on the results of research and data analysis using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The results of this study indicate that: (1) perceived organizational support has no significant effect on employee performance, (2) competence has a significant effect on employee performance, (3) leader member exchange has a significant effect on employee performance, (4) perceived organizational support has a significant effect on work engagement. (5) competence has a significant influence on work engagement, (6) leader member exchange has a significant influence on work engagement, (7) work engagement mediates the relationship between perceived organizational support on employee performance, (8) work engagement does not mediate the relationship between competence on employee performance, and (9) work engagement does not mediate the relationship between leader member exchange on employee performance. |
