| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Waduk Sempor merupakan salah satu perairan umum dan sebagai suatu ekosistem kondisi kualitas airnya sangat tergantung pada rona lingkungan dan iklim. Adanya aktifitas manusia dan tata guna lahan di sekitarnya akan menyebabkan perubahan kondisi lingkungan perairan yang akan mempengaruhi struktur komunitas zooplankton di waduk tersebut. Penelitian berjudul “Struktur Komunitas Zooplankton di Waduk Sempor, Gombong, Kebumen”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui struktur komunitas zooplankton dan perbedaan struktur komunitas zooplankton antar stasiun di Waduk Sempor, Gombong, Kebumen. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara Purposive Random Sampling yang diulang 3 kali dengan interval 1 minggu di 5 stasiun pengambilan sampel. Data diuji “f”. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur komunitas zooplankton di Waduk Sempor terdapat 16 jenis spesies terdiri dari 3 filum yaitu Rotatoria, Protozoa, dan Arthopoda. Kelimpahan zooplankton berkisar 151-282 ind/L, indeks keragaman 1,726-2,116, indeks dominansi 0,162-0,221, dan indeks kemerataan 0,524-0,624. Zooplankton predominan adalah Brachionus falcatis, Brachionus angularis, Brachionus bakeri dan Nauplius. Hasil uji “f” menunjukkan struktur komunitas antar stasiun tidak berbeda nyata. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Sempor Dam is one of the common aquatic ecosystems and its water quality condition depends on the environment hue and climate. Human activities and land use in the vicinity would cause changes in water conditions affecting community structure of zooplankton in the dam. A research, entitled "Zooplankton Community Structure in Sempor Dam, Gombong, Kebumen” aims to determine the zooplankton community structure and differences of community structure between stations in Sempor Reservoir, Gombong, Kebumen. A survey method uses Purposive Random Sampling, in triplicates with intervals of 1 week on 5 sampling stations. Data were then F-tested. The results showed that in the Sempor Dam were found 16 species consisting of 3 phyla i.e Rotatoria, Protozoa, and Arthopoda. The abundance of zooplankton were from 151-282 ind/L, diversity index from 1,726-2,116; dominance index 0,162-0,221 and evenness index of 0,524-0,624. The predominant zooplankton was Brachionus falcatis, Brachionus angularis, Brachionus bakeri and Nauplius. The community structure between stations were not significantly different. |
