| Judul Artikel | Pidato Presiden Joko Widodo dalam Acara Presidensi G20 Tahun 2022: Analisis Wacana Kritis Norman Fairclough |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penyelenggaraan Presidensi G20 tahun 2022 adalah sejarah pertama kali Indonesia menjadi tuan rumah sejak dibentuknya organisasi tersebut pada tahun 1999. Salah satu bentuk komunikasi dalam acara tersebut dapat dilihat dari wacana pidato Presiden Joko Widodo dalam sambutannya pada acara KTT G20. Sebagai bentuk praktik sosial, pidato yang dibawakan Presiden Joko Widodo tidak hanya dilihat dari segi linguistik saja, tetapi juga dari segi ideologi agar bisa melihat bentuk identitas pada dirinya. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa segala data tertulis atau lisan berupa wacana yang menunjukkan dimensi analisis wacana kritis Norman Fairclough pada pidato sambutan Presiden Joko Widodo dalam acara KTT G20 sesi I. Metode yang digunakan adalah simak bebas libat cakap dan teknik lanjutan yaitu teknik sadap dan catat. Analisis data menggunakan teori analisis wacana kritis model Norman Fairclough yang terbagi menjadi tiga dimensi, yaitu teks, discource practice, dan sosiocultural practice. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, representasi didominasi oleh penggunaan kata persona kita pada kosakata, kalimat bentuk tindakan dalam tata bahasa, serta penggunaan bentuk perpanjangan dan elaborasi dalam mengombinasikan kalimat. Terdapat 8 poin utama dan 7 identitas yang ditampilkan secara formal yang dilaksanakan secara daring dan luring. Pidato presiden Joko Widodo adalah tipe pidato tertutup, ini dilihat dari karakteristik one man show serta penggunaan kalimat retoris. Praktik wacana dalam proses produksi teks tidak terlepas dari pengaruh organisasi G20 dan Pancasila sebagai ideologi bangsa Indonesia. Pada aspek konsumsi teks terdapat 2 bentuk respons, yaitu respons pro dan kontra. Pada bagian praktik sosiokultural, aspek situasional yang melatarbelakangi wacana adalah situasi pandemi COVID-19 saat itu, krisis karena tingginya harga pangan, serta situasi perang antara Rusia dan Ukraina. Pada aspek institusional, Pemerintah Republik Indonesia, Organisasi G20, dan Organisasi PBB menjadi institusi yang berpengaruh terhadap wacana. Pada aspek sosial, aspek ini berkaitan dengan masalah internasional yang menjadi problematik pada dimensi ekonomi dan politik global yang melatarbelakangi wacana. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The holding of the G20 Presidency in 2022 is the first time in history that Indonesia has hosted since the establishment of the organization in 1999. One form of communication in the event can be seen from the discourse of President Joko Widodo's speech in his remarks at the G20 Summit. As a form of social practice, the speech delivered by President Joko Widodo is not only seen in terms of linguistics, but also in terms of ideology in order to see the form of identity in him. This form of research is qualitative research. The data in this study is in the form of all written or oral data in the form of discourse that shows the dimensions of critical discourse analysis of Norman Fairclough in President Joko Widodo's welcome speech at the G20 Summit session I. The method used is free listening to proficient involvement and advanced techniques, namely tapping and recording techniques. Data analysis uses Norman Fairclough's critical discourse analysis theory which is divided into three dimensions, namely text, discource practice, and sociocultural practice. The results showed that representation is dominated by the use of our persona words in vocabulary, sentences of action forms in grammar, and the use of extended forms and elaboration in combining sentences. There are 8 main points and 7 formally displayed identities that are carried out online and offline. President Joko Widodo's speech is a closed speech type, this is seen from the characteristics of one man show and the use of rhetorical sentences. The practice of discourse in the text production process is inseparable from the influence of the G20 organization and Pancasila as the ideology of the Indonesian nation. In the aspect of text consumption, there are 2 forms of response, namely pro and con responses. In the sociocultural practice section, the situational aspects behind the discourse are the situation of the COVID-19 pandemic at that time, the crisis due to high food prices, and the war situation between Russia and Ukraine. In the institutional aspect, the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, the G20 Organization, and the United Nations Organization are institutions that influence discourse. In the social aspect, this aspect is related to international problems that become problematic in the global economic and political dimensions behind the discourse. |
