| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang : Program profesi Ners merupakan program lanjutan setelah lulus dari sarjana keperawatan. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi mahasiswa melanjutkan pendidikan profesi Ners adalah minat. Minat merupakan salah satu faktor motivasi mahasiswa yang berasal dari dalam diri individu. Tujuan : Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran motivasi mahasiswa Jurusan Keperawatan Fakultas Ilmu-ilmu Kesehatan Universitas Jenderal Soedirman dalam melanjutkan pendidikan profesi Ners Metodologi : Jenis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Pemilihan sampel dengan teknik total sampling, jumlah responden 99 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis secara univariate. Hasil Penelitian : Motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan profesi Ners didapatkan hasil dari kriteria internal dimana kebutuhan dan dorongan dalam kategori baik dengan nilai 89,33%, harapan dan cita-cita 81%, hasrat dan minat 80%. Hasil dari kriteria eksternal untuk kategori penghargaan 92%, lingkungan yang kondusif 94,67%, serta kegiatan yang menarik 88%. Kesimpulan : Program profesi Ners merupakan rangkaian dari proses pembelajaran oleh karena itu perlu adanya motivasi untuk mencapainya |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background :; The Nurse profession program is an advanced program after graduating from a bachelor of Nursing degree. One of the factors that influence student motivation to continue Nursing professional education in interest. Interest is one of the motivational factors for students that comes from within the individual. Objective : The aim of this research is to determine the motivation of students in the Nursing Department, Faculty of Health Science, Jenderal Soedirman University in continuing their professional education as a Nursing Methodology : I research used quantitative research. Selection of samples with total sampling technique, the number of respondents 99 people. Data collection using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed univariately. Research Results : The motivation to continue Nursing professional education was obtained from internal criteria where needs and encouragement were in the good category with a score of 89,33%, hopes and aspirations of 81%, desires and interests of 80%. Results from external criteria for the award category 92%, conducive environment 94,67%, and interesting activities 88%. Conclusion : The Nursing professional program is a series of learning processes, the refore it is necessary to have motivation to achieve it |
