| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Pengendalian waktu proyek merupakan salah satu komponen dalam mencapai keberhasilan proyek. Pengendalian waktu proyek yang tidak tepat akan mengakibatkan keterlambatan proyek. Penerapan teknologi digital dapat menjadi solusi untuk mengatasi masalah keterlambatan proyek. Industri konstruksi di Indonesia sudah mulai mengadopsi teknologi digital namun masih terbatas pada fase desain dan teknik untuk proyek-proyek besar. Tidak semua stakeholder memiliki persepsi yang sama tentang kebutuhan teknologi digital untuk pengendalian waktu proyek konstruksi termasuk owner dan kontraktor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi owner dan kontraktor terhadap kebutuhan teknologi digital untuk pengendalian waktu proyek konstruksi serta mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara keduanya. Studi literatur dilakukan untuk menyusun instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel owner dan kontraktor adalah simple random sampling. Penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan dengan media google form. Kuesioner yang memenuhi syarat yaitu 23 orang owner dan 32 orang kontraktor kemudian dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS dan Microsoft Excel. Didapat 6 variabel eksogen yaitu pengetahuan digital, manfaat, sumber daya manusia, lingkungan kerja, risiko, dan fungsi serta satu variabel endogen yaitu kebutuhan. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pengetahuan digital, manfaat, lingkungan kerja, risiko, dan fungsi berpengaruh terhadap kebutuhan teknologi digital. Sementara itu, sumber daya manusia dipengaruhi oleh kebutuhan teknologi digital. Secara keseluruhan, tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara persepsi owner dan kontraktor. Hanya variabel lingkungan kerja yang memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan dengan pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kebutuhan pada kelompok owner lebih besar dibandingkan kontraktor. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Project time control is one of the components in achieving project success. Improper control of project time will result in project delays. The application of digital technology can be a solution to overcome the problem of project delays. The construction industry in Indonesia has started to adopt digital technology but is still limited to the design and engineering phase for large projects. Not all stakeholders have the same perception of the need for digital technology for construction project time control including owners and contractors. This study aims to determine the perceptions of owners and contractors on the need for digital technology for construction project time control and to determine whether there are significant differences between the two. Literature studies were conducted to develop research instruments in the form of questionnaires. The sampling technique for owners and contractors is simple random sampling. The questionnaire distribution was carried out using google form media. The eligible questionnaires, namely 23 owners and 32 contractors, were then analyzed using SmartPLS and Microsoft Excel. There are 6 exogenous variables namely digital knowledge, benefits, human resources, work environment, risk, and function and one endogenous variable namely needs. The results of this study found that digital knowledge, benefits, work environment, risks, and functions affect the need for digital technology. Meanwhile, human resources are influenced by digital technology needs. Overall, there is no significant difference between the perceptions of owners and contractors. Only the work environment variable has a significant difference with the influence of the work environment on the needs of the owner group greater than the contractor. |
