| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Sistem informasi akuntansi membantu perusahaan untuk menyediakan informasi yang diperlukan untuk penyelesaian masalah jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh dari dukungan manajemen puncak, kecanggihan teknologi dan kemampuan teknik personal terhadap efektivitas penerapan aplikasi BRISPOT. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh tenaga pemasar di setiap kantor unit BRI dalam wilayah kerja BRI Cabang Purwokerto sejumlah 139 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan response rate sebanyak 92 responden. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linear berganda menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 25. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) dukungan manajemen puncak tidak mempengaruhi efektivitas aplikasi BRSIPOT, (2) kecanggihan teknologi berpengaruh positif terhadap efektivitas aplikasi BRISPOT, (3) kemampuan teknik personal berpengaruh positif terhadap efektivitas aplikasi BRISPOT. Implikasi dari penelitian ini bagi BRI adalah untuk senantiasa mempertahankan atau meningkatkan kembali kecanggihan teknologi yang digunakan jika diperlukan dan selalu memastikan pengguna aplikasi BRISPOT memiliki kemampuan teknik personal yang baik. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Accounting information systems help companies to provide the information needed to solve short-term and long-term problems. The aim of this research is to test and analyze the influence of top management support, technological sophistication and personal technical abilities on the effectiveness of implementing the BRISPOT application. The population in this study was all 139 marketers in each BRI unit office within the BRI Purwokerto Branch working area. This study used a saturated sample with a response rate of 92 respondents. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique was carried out using multiple linear regression using the SPSS 25 application. The results of the analysis showed that: (1) top management support did not affect the effectiveness of the BRSIPOT application, (2) technological sophistication had a positive effect on the effectiveness of the BRISPOT application, (3) personal technical ability had a positive effect on the effectiveness of the BRISPOT application. The implication of this research for BRI is to always maintain or improve the sophistication of the technology used if necessary and always ensure that BRISPOT application users have good personal technical skills. |
