| Judul Artikel | ANALISIS EKONOMI TEKNIS PENYEWAAN MESIN PEMANEN PADI (COMBINE HARVESTER) PADA USAHA PELAYANAN JASA ALSINTAN (UPJA) DI KABUPATEN BANYUMAS |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Peningkatan produktivitas pertanian khususnya komoditas padi perlu dilakukan dengan penggunaan alat mesin pertanian seperti combine harvester. Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Banyumas memberikan bantuan alat mesin pertanian sebanyak 651 unit ke 60 UPJA di Kabupaten Banyumas dan terdapat 9 UPJA yang mendapatkan bantuan combine harvester. Bantuan combine harvester tersebut perlu dianalisis secara ekonomi dan teknis untuk melihat kelayakan finansial dan efektivitas penggunaan combine harvester. Metode pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling dengan kriteria yaitu UPJA di wilayah penelitian yang terdapat combine harvester dan melaukan penyewaan. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan pengujian langsung. Metode yang digunakan yaitu analisis ekonomi berupa analisis B/C ratio, Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Present Value (NPV), dan Break Event Point (BEP). Analisis teknis menggunakan Kapasitas Lapang Efektif (KLE), Kapasitas Lapang Teoritis (KLT), dan efisiensi lapang. Hasil penelitian pada analisis ekonomi, Kabupaten Banyumas terdapat 2 UPJA yang layak yaitu UPJA Tani Jaya dan UPJA Sida Mukti. Kabupaten Purbalingga mempunyai nilai B/C ratio lebih tinggi yaitu 2,57, NPV sebesar Rp. 185.650.689,00, dan IRR sebesar 287%. Nilai BEP 3,83 ha/tahun lebih tinggi dibandingkan Kabupaten Banyumas dan Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Pada analisis teknis, UPJA Tani Jaya di Kabupaten Banyumas mempunyai nilai efisiensi lapang tertinggi sebesar 49,06%. Nilai rata-rata KLE, KLT, dan efisiensi Kabupaten Purbalingga tertinggi yaitu KLE sebesar 0,54 ha/jam, KLT sebesar 0,86 ha/jam, efisiensi lapang sebesar 63,35% dan Kabupaten Banyumas terendah yaitu KLE sebesar 0,30 ha/jam, KLT sebesar 0,66 ha/jam, dan efisiensi lapang sebesar 44,26%. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Increasing agricultural productivity, especially rice commodities, needs to be done with the use of agricultural machinery such as combine harvesters. The Banyumas Regency Agriculture Office provided 651 units of agricultural machinery assistance to 60 UPJAs in Banyumas Regency and there were 9 UPJAs that received combine harvester assistance. The combine harvester assistance needs to be analyzed economically and technically to see the financial feasibility and effectiveness of using combine harvesters. The results of research on economic analysis, Banyumas Regency has 2 feasible UPJAs, namely UPJA Tani Jaya and UPJA Sida Mukti. Purbalingga Regency has a higher B/C ratio of 2.57, NPV of Rp. 185,650,689.00, and IRR of 287%. The BEP value of 3.83 ha/year is higher than Banyumas Regency and Banjarnegara Regency. In technical analysis, UPJA Tani Jaya in Banyumas Regency has the highest field efficiency value of 49.06%.
