| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Gunung Kemukus merupakan salah satu objek wisata yang berada di Kabupaten Sragen tepatnya Desa Pendem, Kecamatan Sumberlawang. Beredar mitos yang menjadikan objek wisata ini menjadi tempat pesugihan bercampur prostitusi. Pemerintah daerah melakukan revitalisasi yang mengubah nama objek wisata ini menjadi New Kemukus. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan valuasi ekonomi untuk mengetahui nilai dari objek wisata ini setelah dilakukan revitalisasi. Penelitian ini menghitung valuasi ekonomi menggunakan individual travel cost method. Keterbaharuan pada penelitian ini terletak pada variabel baru yaitu motif berkunjung dan lokasi penelitian yang menghitung valuasi ekonomi di objek wisata religi dan buatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi permintaan wisata dan mengetahui nilai ekonomi Gunung Kemukus. Penelitian ini menggunakan 100 wisatawan sebagai responden dari sampel penelitian. Data dikumpulkaan menggunakan kuesioner dan disebar kepada responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh hasil biaya perjalanan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap permintaan wisata Gunung Kemukus. Kemudian, pendapatan, umur dan motif berkunjung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap permintaan wisata Gunung Kemukus. Wisatawan Gunung Kemukus memperoleh surplus konsumen sebesar Rp101.324 per individu per tahun sedangkan tiap kunjungannya mendapat Rp50.662 per kunjungan. Nilai total ekonomi dari Gunung Kemukus dengan jumlah kunjungan 164.498 adalah sebesar Rp16.667.595.352. Implikasi yang diberikan oleh penelitian ini yaitu agar dapat meningkatkan permintaan wisata Gunung Kemukus, pengelola wisata dapat menambah fasilitas tempat kuliner dan tempat sampah, melakukan promosi, membuat event yang dapat melibatkan pemuda dan masyarakat sekitar, menjaga kebersihan serta kenyamanan Gunung Kemukus. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Kemukus Mountain is sights in the Sragen Regency, specifically in Pendem Village, Sumberlawang. The sights has had a dark history due to the local stigma surrounding the myth of Prince Samudra, which has associated the sights with rituals involving supernatural practices and prostitution. The local government has made efforts to change this perception, including a revitalization project that has renamed the tourism site to "New Kemukus". Therefore, an economic valuation is needed to assess the value of this tourism site after the revitalization. The research uses the individual travel cost method and introduces new variables related to visitor motives and the location, as it calculates the economic valuation of a religious and man-made tourism site. The research aims to analyze factors influencing tourism demand and determine the economic value of Mount Kemukus. One hundred tourists were surveyed as research respondents, and data was collected through questionnaires. The research employs multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the analysis, it was found that travel costs have a negative and significant impact on the demand for Mount Kemukus tourism. On the other hand, income, age, and visitor motives have a positive and significant effect on the demand for Mount Kemukus tourism. Mount Kemukus tourists receive a consumer surplus of Rp101.324 per individual per year, and each visit yields Rp50.662 per visit. The total economic value of Mount Kemukus, with 164.498 annual visits, is Rp16.667.595.352. The implications of this research suggest that to increase the demand for Mount Kemukus tourism, the site's management should enhance culinary facilities, waste disposal, promotional efforts, and organize events involving local youth and the community, while also maintaining cleanliness and comfort at Mount Kemukus. |
