| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan bakteri Bacillus sp. (Isolat B8 dan B11) dan P. fluorescens (Isolat P8 dan P16) dalam menekan intensitas penyakit layu akibat sinergi R. solanacearum dan M. incoqnita dan pengaruhnya terhadap pertumbuhan serta hasil tanaman tomat. Penelitian dilaksanakan di rumah kaca laboratorium perlindungan tanaman, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto. Penelitian dilaksanakan dari bulan April 2012 sampai Juli 2012. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan 6 perlakuan dan 6 kali ulangan. Perlakuan yang dicoba meliputi : kontrol, bakterisida, Bacillus sp. B8, Bacillus sp. B11, Pseudomonas flourescens P8, dan Pseudomonas flourescens P16. Variabel yang diamati adalah masa inkubasi, intensitas penyakit, tinggi tanaman, tingkat kerusakan akar, bobot segar tanaman, bobot segar buah, dan populasi nematoda puru akar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bakteri antagonis belum mampu mengendalikan sinergisme Ralstonia solanacearum dengan Meloidogyne sp. pada tanaman tomat, mampu menekan kerusakan akar, dan belum mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan serta hasil tanaman tomat. |

Inggris) | Research was aimed at knowing the ability of microbial antagonists in the control of bacterial wilt disease synergism Ralstonia solanacearum and Meloidogyne sp, and improving growth and yield of tomato crop. The Research was carried out in screen house Laboratory of Plant Protection, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto. The Research was done from April until July 2012. The Research used Randomized Block Design which consists of 6 treatments and 6 replications. The treatments tested were control, baktericide Bacillus sp. B8, Bacillus sp. B11, P. fluorescens P8, and P. fluorescens P16. Variable observed was incubation period, desease intensity, final population nematode, root damage intensity difference of plant height, plant fresh weightt, root fresh weight, fruit fresh weight. Result of the research showed that application of bacterial antagonists have not been able to control bacterial wilt disease synergism Ralstonia solanacearum and Meloidogyne sp in tomato crops, have been press root damage intensity, and have not been growth and yield of tomato crop |
