Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Penelitian dengan judul "Pengaruh Dosis Pupuk Anorganik dengan Pupuk Dasar Feses Sapi Perah
pada Jumlah dan Lebar Stomata Rumput Setaria (Setaria sphacelata)” dilaksanakan di Desa
Limpakuwus, Kecamatan Sumbang, Kabupaten Banyumas. Pengukuran jumlah dan lebar stomata
dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Agronomi, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman.
Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui jenis dan level pupuk terbaik terhadap jumlah dan lebar stomata rumput Setaria. Materi penelitian yang digunakan adalah rumput Setaria, pupuk organik feses sapi perah dan pupuk anorganik yaitu urea, NPK, dan ZA. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Pemberian level pupuk anorganik pada pupuk urea yaitu sebanyak 100 kg/ha/defoliasi, 200 kg/ha/defoliasi, dan 300 kg/ha/defoliasi; setara dengan pupuk NPK sebanyak 306,66 kg/ha/defoliasi, 613,33 kg/ha/defoliasi, dan 920 kg/ha/defoliasi; setara
dengan pupuk ZA sebanyak 219,04 kg/ha/defoliasi, 438,09 kg/ha/defoliasi, dan 657,14 kg/ha/defoliasi. Hasil analisis variansi menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk perlakuan tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap jumlah dan lebar stomata rumput Setaria. Kesimpulan penelitian yaitu pemberian level nitrogen dari pupuk Urea, ZA, dan NPK dengan pupuk dasar feses sapi perah tidak meningkatkan jumlah dan lebar stomata rumput Setaria. Pemberian pupuk NPK
sebanyak 138 g/1,5m²/defoliasi cenderung menghasilkan rataan tertinggi pada jumlah stomata yaitu 12,33 sel/mm2 dan lebar stomata yaitu 3,33 μm.
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)The research entitled "The Effect of Inorganic Fertilizer Doses with Dairy Cow Feces Base
Fertilizer on the Number and Width of Setaria Grass Stomata (Setaria sphacelata)" was conducted
in Limpakuwus Village, Sumbang District, Banyumas Regency and it observated at the Agronomy
Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University. The purpose of the study was
to determine the best type and level of fertilizer on the number and width of stomata of Setaria
grass. The research materials were Setaria grass, organic fertilizer of dairy cow feces and inorganic
fertilizers namely urea, NPK, and ZA. The research method used was a Completely Randomized
Design (RAL). The level of inorganic fertilizer was 100 kg/ha/defoliation, 200 kg/ha/defoliation,
and 300 kg/ha/defoliation; equivalent of NPK fertilizer was 306.66 kg/ha/defoliation, 613.33
kg/ha/defoliation, and 920 kg/ha/defoliation; equivalent of ZA fertilizer was 219.04
kg/ha/defoliation, 438.09 kg/ha/defoliation, and 657.14 kg/ha/defoliation. The results of the
analysis of variance showed that the provision of fertilizer treatment had no significant effect
(P>0.05) on the number and width of Setaria grass stomata. The conclusion of the study was that
the provision of nitrogen levels from Urea, ZA, and NPK fertilizers with dairy cow feces base
fertilizer did not increase the number and width of Setaria grass stomata. The application of NPK
fertilizer as much as 138 g/1.5m²/defoliation tends to produce the highest average on the number of
stomata which is 12.33 cells/mm2
and stomatal width which is 3.33 μm.
