| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Membayar pajak merupakan sebuah bentuk partisipasi politik aktif wajib pajak restoran. Keterlibatan instansi dalam pembuatan program e-SPTPD yang memudahkan wajib pajak restoran dinilai penting dalam memengaruhi tingkat partisipasi politik aktif wajib pajak restoran. Meskipun program e-SPTPD ini masih tergolong baru dan tentunya masih diperlukan adaptasi pada peralihan ini, namun peran Bapenda tetap dinilai sangat berpengaruh terhadap partisipasi politik aktif wajib pajak restoran di Kota Bekasi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk membahas dan menganalisis partisipasi politik wajib pajak restoran dalam program e-SPTPD di Kota Bekasi dan peran Bapenda Kota Bekasi dalam upaya meningkatkan partisipasi politik wajib pajak restoran melalui program e-SPTPD. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Berdasarkan penelitian yang sudah dilakukan, partisipasi politik aktif wajib pajak restoran di Kota Bekasi belum maksimal, hal tersebut dikarenakan kurang sadarnya wajib pajak restoran terhadap kewajibannya untuk membayar pajak dan juga kurang percayanya wajib pajak restoran kepada pemerintah Kota Bekasi. Bapenda selaku implementor diharapkan mampu melakukan pendekatan personal kepada beberapa wajib pajak restoran yang masih kurang sadar politik dan kurang percaya kepada pemerintah. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Paying taxes is a form of active political participation of restaurant taxpayers. The involvement of agencies in making the e-SPTPD program that makes it easier for restaurant taxpayers is considered important in influencing the level of active political participation of restaurant taxpayers. Although the e-SPTPD program is still relatively new and of course adaptation is still needed to this transition, Bapenda's role is still considered very influential on the active political participation of restaurant taxpayers in Bekasi City. This article aims to discuss and analyze the political participation of restaurant taxpayers in the e-SPTPD program in Bekasi City and the role of Bapenda Bekasi City in efforts to increase the political participation of restaurant taxpayers through the e-SPTPD program. The method used in this research is qualitative using a case study approach. Based on research that has been conducted, the active political participation of restaurant taxpayers in Bekasi City has not been maximized, this is due to the lack of awareness of restaurant taxpayers on their obligations to pay taxes and also the lack of trust of restaurant taxpayers to the Bekasi City government. Bapenda as the implementor is expected to be able to take a personal approach to some restaurant taxpayers who are still less politically aware and lack trust in the government. |
