| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | The aims of research were to find out the simultaneously effects of intellectual quotient, emotional quotient and adversity quotient on Grade Point Average, to find out the significant effect of intellectual quotient on Grade Point Average, to find out the significant effect of emotional quotient on Grade Point Average, to find out the significant effect of adversity quotient on Grade Point Average and to find out the significant effect of personality type in moderating the causal relationship of intellectual quotient, emotional quotient and adversity quotient on Grade Point Average. The research was conducted at the campus area of Jenderal Sudirman University in Purwokerto. Number of respondents in the research was 100 accounting students. The sampling technique used in this research was accidental sampling, whereas determination of sample size used Slovin formula. To test hypotheses of this research, it has used moderated regression of sub group analysis. Based on the result of moderated regression of overall group (ekstrovert and introvert) model analysis, it got the value of Fstatistic that was greater than the value of Ftable, therefore the first hypothesis was accepted. Based on the result of the model analysis, it got tstatistic value of intellectual quotient and emotional quotient variables each was greater than value of ttable, therefore the second and third hypothesis was accepted. Result of the model analysis, it got the tstatistic value of adversity quotient was smaller than value of ttable, therefore the fourth hypothesis was rejected. Based on the result of Chow-test, it got the value of Fstatistic that was greater than the value of Ftable, therefore the fifth hypothesis was accepted |
