| Judul Artikel | Performativitas Gender Tokoh Utama dalam Novel The Name of The Game Karya Adelina Ayu |

| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan performativitas gender pada tokoh utama dalam novel The Name of The Game karya Adelina Ayu berupa performativitas penampilan fisik dan performativitas tindakan. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori performativitas gender oleh Judith Butler. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka, yaitu 1) membaca berulang novel The Name of The Game karya Adelina Ayu; 2) mencatat hasil temuan terkait performativitas gender tokoh utama; dan 3) menggabungkan data terkait performativitas gender tokoh utama. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu 1) kondensasi data; 2) penyajian data; dan 3) menarik kesimpulan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Performativitas gender feminin pada tokoh Zio yang mengacu pada keindahan dan aroma wangi, sikap merawat diri, mudah berekspresi, telaten, tertarik pada hal domestik, bertingkah manis, dan menyilangkan kaki ketika duduk, 2) performativitas gender maskulin pada tokoh Daryll yang tidak memedulikan penampilan dan lebih menyukai warna gelap serta menuruti aturan sifat maskulin yaitu no sissy stuff, be a big wheel, be a sturdy oak, dan give em hell. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research aims to describe the gender performativity of the main character in the novel The Name of The Game by Adelina Ayu in the form of the performativity of physical appearance and the performativity of actions. The theory used is the theory of gender performativity by Judith Butler. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. The data collection technique in this research is literature study, namely 1) repeated reading of the novel The Name of The Game by Adelina Ayu; 2) record findings related to the main character's gender performativity; and 3) combining data related to the main character's gender performativity. The data analysis techniques used are 1) data condensation; 2) display data; and 3) draw conclusions. The results obtained from this research are 1) feminine gender performativity in the character Zio which refers to beauty and fragrance, self-care attitude, easy to express, painstaking, interested in domestic matters, acting cute, and crossing her legs when sitting, 2) gender performativity masculine in the character Daryll who doesn't care about appearance and prefers dark colors and follows the rules of masculine traits, namely no sissy stuff, be a big wheel, be a sturdy oak, and give em hell. |
