| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kapabilitas teknologi informasi dan lingkungan internal terhadap kinerja UMKM sektor kriya di Jakarta Barat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh UMKM sektor kriya di Kota Jakarta Barat. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel yaitu metode cluster sampling berdasarkan ukuran usaha dan penentuan jumlah sampelnya menggunakan rumus slovin. Jumlah responden yang didapat dari perhitungan rumus slovin yaitu sebanyak 70 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) semakin tinggi kapabilitas teknologi informasi akan semakin meningkatkan kinerja UMKM sektor kriya di Kota Jakarta Barat, (2) lingkungan internal yang baik tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UMKM sektor kriya di Kota Jakarta Barat. Implikasi dari penelitian ini bagi para pelaku UMKM sektor kriya di Kota Jakarta Barat dapat melakukan evaluasi pada kemampuan usahanya dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi. Kapabilitas atau kemampuan UMKM dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi penting bagi UMKM untuk bisa bersaing ditengah globalisasi saat ini yang banyak menggunakan teknologi informasi sebagai alat bantu dalam kegiatan operasionalnya. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The study aims to determine the impact of the capability of information technology and internal environment on the performance of craft sector MSMEs in West Jakarta. The population in this study are the entire craft sector MSMEs in West Jakarta City. The method used for sampling is cluster sampling based on the MSMEs size and the amount of samples are determined using slovin formula. The number of respondents obtained from the calculation of slovin formula is 70 respondents. The data collection technique use a questionnaire.The results of this study show that: (1) the higher capacity of information technology will improve the performance of craft sector MSMEs in West Jakarta City, (2) a good internal environment does not affect performance of craft sector MSMEs in West Jakarta City.The implications of this research for the owner of craft sector MSMEs in West Jakarta City can evaluate their ability to use information technology. The ability of MSMEs in using information technology is important for MSMEs to compete in today's globalization that uses information technology as a tool for their operations. |
