| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Proses pelaksanaan pekerjaan konstruksi tidak hanya memerlukan peralatan, tetapi juga tenaga kerja yang menjadi faktor kunci dalam menentukan produktivitas proyek konstruksi. Sayangnya, sering kali keterlambatan dalam konstruksi disebabkan oleh masalah terkait tenaga kerja itu sendiri. Metode pengukuran produktivitas yang dapat digunakan dalam konstruksi salah satunya yaitu crew balance chart, metode ini terbilang jarang sekali digunakan pada metode pengukuran produktivitas, dikarenakan proses olah data dianggap tidak efektif dalam segi waktu. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti membangun aplikasi Android berbasis open source web dari MIT App Inventor adalah salah satu cara untuk mengotomatisasi atau mempermudah pekerjaan terkait pelaksanaan konstruksi, termasuk manajemen tenaga kerja. Namun, perlu diingat bahwa MIT App Inventor lebih cenderung digunakan untuk membangun aplikasi dengan antarmuka pengguna sederhana dan fungsi-fungsi dasar. Jadi, sebaiknya diadaptasikan dengan baik agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Tujuan membangun aplikasi ini adalah untuk mengetahui nilai efektivitas antara penggunaan aplikasi tersebut dengan metode konvensional. CBC Calculator ini dianggap efektif dibandingkan dengan metode konvensional dikarenakan pada saat pengolahan data di lapangan tidak perlu perekaman terlebih dahulu yang kemudian dilanjutkan pencatatan data durasi di kesempatan lain, cukup dengan memakai aplikasi CBC Calculator data tersebut otomatis tercatat pada sebuah spreadsheet dan tersedianya fitur perekaman audio untuk pencatatan masalah yang terjadi di lapangan, dan data tersebut dapat diunduh untuk dimasukan ke sebuah microsoft excel yang sudah disesuaikan dengan perhitungan formulir crew balance chart. Untuk itu peneliti membangun aplikasi ini harapannya dapat memberikan kemudahan perhitungan nilai produktivitas konstruksi dengan menggunakan metode crew balance chart. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The process of implementing construction work requires not only equipment, but also labor, which is a key factor in determining the productivity of construction projects. Unfortunately, delays in construction are often caused by problems related to the labor itself. One of the productivity measurement methods that can be used in construction is the crew balance chart, this method is rarely used in productivity measurement methods, because the data processing process is considered ineffective in terms of time. In this study, researchers built an Android application based on the open source web from MIT App Inventor is one way to automate or simplify work related to construction implementation, including labor management. However, keep in mind that MIT App Inventor is more likely to be used for building applications with simple user interfaces and basic functions. So, it should be well adapted to fit the needs. The purpose of building this application is to determine the effectiveness value between using the application and the conventional method. CBC Calculator is considered effective compared to conventional methods because when processing data in the field there is no need for recording in advance which is then followed by recording duration data on another occasion, simply by using the CBC Calculator application the data is automatically recorded on a spreadsheet and the availability of an audio recording feature for recording problems that occur in the field, and the data can be downloaded to be entered into a Microsoft Excel that has been adjusted to the calculation of the crew balance chart form. For this reason, researchers build this application in the hope that it can provide convenience in calculating the value of construction productivity using the crew balance chart method. |
