| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui karakteristik morfometrik dan bobot badan sapi PO di LPSI Ruminansia Besar dan mengevaluasi kesesuaiannya berdasarkan SNI. Variabel penelitian adalah data morfometrik dan bobot badan sapi PO di LPSI Ruminansia Besar. Materi penelitian adalah 18 ekor sapi PO jantan dan 17 ekor sapi PO betina. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan diuji menggunakan uji one sample t-test satu arah untuk mengevaluasi rataan variabel berdasarkan SNI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai rataan ± standar deviasi bobot badan, tinggi pundak, panjang badan dan lingkar dada sapi PO jantan secara berturut-turut sebesar 334 ± 64 kg, 136 ± 18,66 cm, 142 ± 24,82 cm, dan 169 ± 26,85 cm dengan nilai koefisien keragaman sebesar 19,17%, 13,75%, 17,50%, dan 15,89%. Nilai rataan ± standar deviasi sapi PO betina berturut-turut sebesar 299 ± 52,09 kg, 133 ± 11,87 cm, 133 ± 13,27 cm dan 168 ± 18,47 cm dengan nilai koefisien keragaman sebesar 17,39%, 8,94%, 9,97% dan 10,99%. Hasil analisis rataan bobot badan, tinggi pundak, panjang badan dan lingkar dada sapi PO jantan di LPSI Ruminansia Besar belum melampaui SNI (P>0,05). Hasil analisis rataan tinggi pundak sapi PO betina melampaui SNI (P<0,01), panjang badan dan lingkar dada melampaui SNI (P<0,05), sedangkan bobot badan sapi PO betina belum melampaui SNI (P>0,05). Kesimpulannya bahwa rataan bobot badan sapi PO betina belum melampaui persyaratan minimum SNI, sedangkan rataan tinggi pundak, panjang badan dan lingkar dada sapi PO betina telah melampaui persyaratan minimum SNI. Namun, rataan bobot badan, tinggi pundak, panjang badan dan lingkar dada sapi PO jantan belum melampaui persyaratan minimum SNI. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The study aims to determine the morphometric characteristics and weight of PO cattle in LPSI Large Ruminant and to evaluate their suitability based on SNI. The research variable is the morphometric data and body mass of the PO cattle in the LPSI Large Ruminant. The study involved 18 males and 17 females. The data were analyzed descriptively and tested using a single-directional t-test sample to evaluate the variable averages based on SNI. The results of the study showed average ± standard deviations of weight, shoulder height, body length, and chest circle of male PO stems with values of 334 ± 64 kg, 136 ± 18,66 cm, 142 ± 24,82 cm and 169 ± 26,85 cm, whereas the diversity coefficient values are 19,17%, 13,94%, 17,75%, 17,95% and 15,89%. The average standard deviation of the female PO line consecutive 299 ± 52,09 kg, 133 ± 11,87 cm, 133,13 ± 13,27 cm and 168 ± 18.47 cm, while the diversity coefficient are 17.39%, 8.94%, 9.97%, 17.95% and 10.99%. Analysis of the average body weight, shoulder height, body length and chest circumference of male PO cattle in LPSI Large Ruminant has not exceeded SNI (P>0,05). Analysis results of the female PO shoulders exceed SNI(P<0,01), the length of the body and the chest perimeter exceeds SNI (P<0,05), whereas the body weight of female Po cattle has yet to exceed the SNI (P>0,05). The conclusion was that the body weight circle for female Po cattle has not exceeded the minimum SNI requirement, while female PO cattle's shoulder height, body length and chest circumference have exceeded the minimum SNI requirement. However, the body mass circle, shoulders length, lengths of the body and belly circle have not exceeded SNI's minimum requirements. |
