| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Kapulaga merupakan salah stau tanaman biofarmaka yang menjadi bahan baku produksi jamu atau obat-obatan herbal. PT Sido Muncul sebagai perusahaan industri jamu bermitra dengan petani kapulaga di Kecamatan Cilongok melalui program Petani Mitra. Tujuan penelitian, yaitu membandingkan kinerja rantai pasok pada pengepul kapulaga di Kecamatan Cilongok yang merupakan petani mitra PT Sido Muncul dengan pengepul kapulaga di Kecamatan Kedungbanteng sebagai pemasok biasa dan mengukur efisiensi kinerja rantai pasok setiap supplier kapulaga PT Sido Muncul di Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) dan Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) dengan menggunakan software DEAP 2.1. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja rantai pasok pada pengepul kapulaga di Kecamatan Cilongok sebagai petani mitra PT Sido Muncul lebih baik dibandingkan pengepul kapulaga di Kecamatan Kedungbanteng sebagai supplier biasa. Selain itu, nilai efisiensi kinerja rantai pasok pengepul kapulaga di Kecamatan Cilongok dan Kecamatan Kedungbanteng masing-masing adalah sebesar 89,7% dan 89,5%. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Cardamom is one of the bio-pharmaceutical plants used as raw material for traditional herbal medicine or herbal remedies production. PT Sido Muncul, as a herbal medicine industry, collaborates with cardamom farmers in the Cilongok District through the Petani Mitra program. The objective of this research is to compare the supply chain performance between cardamom collectors in the Cilongok District, who are partners with PT Sido Muncul, and cardamom collectors in the Kedungbanteng District, who are regular suppliers, and to measure the efficiency of the supply chain performance of each cardamom supplier of PT Sido Muncul in Banyumas Regency. This research employs the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) and Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) methods using DEAP 2.1 software. The results of this study indicate that the supply chain performance of cardamom collectors in the Cilongok District, as partners of PT Sido Muncul, is superior to that of cardamom collectors in the Kedungbanteng District as regular suppliers. Additionally, the efficiency values of the supply chain performance for cardamom collectors in the Cilongok and Kedungbanteng Districts are 89.7% and 89.5%, respectively. |
