Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Proses monitoring ujian yang meliputi ujian tengah semester dan ujian akhir semester di Fakultas Teknik Universitas Jenderal Soedirman masih dilakukan secara konvensional, yaitu penyusunan jadwal ujian, perekapan kehadiran peserta dan pengawas ujian, serta pengumpulan soal ujian masih dikelola secara terpisah dan belum saling terintegrasi antar dokumen yang satu dengan dokumen yang lain. Hal tersebut dinilai kurang efektif dan efisien, karena memungkinkan terjadinya kesalahan data dan soal yang hilang, serta dapat memperlambat proses monitoring ujian. Maka dibutuhkan Sistem Informasi dan Monitoring Ujian Berbasis Website untuk mempermudah proses monitoring ujian di Fakultas Teknik Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan studi literatur. Dalam implementasi pengembangan sistem menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan framework codeigniter. Pengujian sistem menggunakan blackbox testing oleh developer dan User Acceptance Test yang terdiri dari blackbox testing oleh user dan System Usability Scale. Hasil blackbox testing oleh developer dan user menunjukkan bahwa hasil pengujian setiap fitur yaitu terpenuhi. Hasil System Usability Scale menunjukkan nilai rata-rata 87.724% dengan kategori “Sangat Baik”. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Sistem Informasi dan Monitoring Ujian Berbasis Website dapat menyusun jadwal ujian, mengintegrasikan pengumpulan soal ujian, dan merekap kehadiran peserta dan pengawas ujian.

Inggris)The exam monitoring process which includes mid semester exams and final semester exams at the Faculty of Engineering, Jenderal Soedirman University is still carried out conventionally, namely preparing exam schedules, recording the attendance of participants and exam supervisors, as well as collecting exam questions are still managed separately and have not been integrated between the documents provided. one document with another. This is considered less effective and efficient, because it allows for data errors and missing questions, and can slow down the exam monitoring process. So a Website Based Exam Monitoring and Information System is needed to simplify the exam monitoring process at the Faculty of Engineering, Jenderal Soedirman University. The data collection methods used were interviews and literature studies. In implementing system development using the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter framework. System testing uses black box testing by the developer and User Acceptance Test which consists of black box testing by the user and the System Usability Scale. The results of black box testing by developers and users show that the test results for each feature are met. The System Usability Scale results show an average value of 87.724% in the "Very Good" category. The results of this research are that the Website Based Exam Information and Monitoring System can compile exam schedules, integrate the collection of exam questions, and record the attendance of participants and exam supervisors.
