| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja UKM BlackSwan Coffee House setelah pandemi Covid-19 menggunakan pendekatan Balanced Scorecard. Penelitian ini melibatkan lima narasumber, termasuk pemilik, kepala divisi keuangan, kepala divisi pemasaran dan produksi, karyawan, dan pelanggan. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja BlackSwan Coffee House, jika diukur dengan pendekatan Balanced Scorecard, dinilai sebagai "memadai" dengan skor 0,5. Evaluasi kinerja ini juga mengungkapkan bahwa perspektif pelanggan dan perspektif proses bisnis internal lebih unggul dibandingkan dengan perspektif keuangan serta perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. |

Inggris) | This research is qualitative research with a case study approach which aims to analyze the performance of BlackSwan Coffee House SME after the Covid-19 pandemic using the Balanced Scorecard approach. This research involved five sources, including the owner, head of the finance division, head of the marketing and production division, employees and customers. Data was obtained through observation, interviews and document study. The research results show that the performance of BlackSwan Coffee House, when measured using the Balanced Scorecard approach, is rated as "adequate" with a score of 0.5. This performance evaluation also reveals that the customer perspective and internal business process perspective are superior to the financial perspective and learning and growth perspective. |
