| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Atlet bola basket putri SMA Negeri 1 Bobotsari telah berhasil mempertahankan prestasinya pada tahun 2019 dan 2022 di Event Perwira Cup Series Soedirman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kondisi fisik terutama pada kecepatan dan kelincahan atlet bola basket putri SMA Negeri 1 Bobotsari. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dalam bentuk presentase dengan melakukan survei tes pengukuran kepada atlet bola basket putri SMA Negeri 1 Bobotsari. Penelitian menggunakan 2 tes pengukuran yaitu tes kecepatan menggunakan sprint 30 meter dan tes kelincahan menggunakan T-test Agility. Hasil: Hasil tes kecepatan diketahui bahwa terdapat 1 atlet dengan kategori “Kurang 8%” dan 11 atlet dengan kategori “Kurang Sekali 92%” dan hasil tes kelincahan bahwa 1 atlet dalam kategori “Kurang Sekali 8%”, 6 atlet dengan kategori “Kurang 50%”, dan 5 atlet kategori “Sedang 42%”. Kesimpulan: Hasil dari penelitian di atas dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa, tingkat kecepatan atlet bola basket putri SMA Negeri 1 Bobotsari tergolong kategori “Kurang Sekali” dan pada tingkat kelincahan atlet bola basket putri SMA Negeri 1 Bobotsari tergolong kategori “Kurang”. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: SMA Negeri 1 Bobotsari female basketball athletes have successfully maintained their achievements in 2019 and 2022 at the Soedirman Cup Series Event. This study aims to determine the level of physical condition, especially in the speed and agility of SMA Negeri 1 Bobotsari female basketball athletes. Research Methods: This study uses a quantitative descriptive method in the form of a percentage by conducting a measurement test survey of SMA Negeri 1 Bobotsari female basketball athletes. The study used 2 measurement tests, namely a speed test using a 30 meter sprint and an agility test using the Agility T-test. Results: The speed test results showed that there were 1 athlete in the "Less 8%" category and 11 athletes in the " Very Less 92%" category and the agility test results showed that 1 athlete was in the "Very Less 8%" category, 6 athletes in the "Less 50%" category, and 5 athletes in the "Medium 42%" category. Conclusion: The results of the above research can be concluded that, the level of speed of female basketball athletes of SMA Negeri 1 Bobotsari is classified in the "Very Less" category and at the level of agility of female basketball athletes of SMA Negeri 1 Bobotsari is classified in the "Less" category. |
