| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Dampak dari adanya globalisasi dan perkembangan industri yang terjadi menyebabkan produk minuman beralkohol yang dijual belikan di Indonesia mengalami perkembangan. Meskipun mengonsumsi minuman beralkohol bukan kebiasaan masyarakat Indonesia, namun hal tersebut tidak lantas menyurutkan daya konsumsi masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan Undang-undang Nomor 8 Tahun 199 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen dalam putusan Nomor 1549/Pid.Sus/2022/PN Plg dalam melindungi konsumen minuman beralkohol. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif dengan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif analitis Sumber data yang digunakan adalah bahan hukum primer dan sekunder dengan studi kepustakaan. Data disajikan melalui uraian secara sistematis dan logis dengan bentuk teks naratif kemudian dianalisis secara normatif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, dalam hal ini Hakim dalam putusannya sudah tepat dalam menjatuhkan amar putusan yakni menyatakan pelaku usaha secara sah melanggar Pasal 62 ayat (1) UUPK Jo Pasal 8 ayat (1) huruf e dan f Undang- undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen dengan mejatuhkan pidana penjara selama 1 (satu) tahun dan 6 (enam) bulan. |

Inggris) | The impact of globalization and the development of the products that occurs to buy alcoholic drinks are sold in indonesia undergo development.Although consume alcoholic beverages is not a habit of indonesian people, but it would not automatically disturb the public consumption. This research is done to see how the Act Number 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection in a verdict Number 1549/Pid.Sus/2022/PN Plg in protecting alcoholic beverage consumers. The Methods used in this research is normative juridical descriptive research to the specifications used analytical data source is the law primary and secondary literature with the study. Data presented through the systematically and logical in the shape of narrative text then analyzed normatively qualitative. Based on the results of research and discussion, In this case, the judge in his judgment has been correct in order to declare that the undertaker has lawfully violated Article 62(1) of Article 8(1)(e) and f of the Act No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection by sentenced a sentence of imprisonment for 1 (one) year and 6 (six) months. |
