| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui representasi gaman pada tokoh Kudou Chika dalam anime Kono Oto Tomare. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian berupa adegan dan dialog yang dilakukan oleh tokoh Kudou Chika dari anime Kono Oto Tomare sebagai sumber data. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik studi pustaka dan simak catat. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori semiotika oleh John Fiske yang menjabarkan kode televisi melalui tiga level yaitu realitas, representasi, dan ideologi. Dari hasil penelitian, representasi gaman digambarkan melalui tiga karakter yang dimiliki Kudou Chika, diantaranya adalah gigih, sabar dan tekun. Representasi gaman berupa gigih dan tekun direfleksikan melalui perjuangan Kudou Chika untuk mempelajari koto dari dasar, terlepas dari citranya yang dikenal buruk tetap semangat untuk terus meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam bermain koto sampai ke tahap mampu mengikuti kejuaraan nasional. Sementara representasi gaman berupa sabar direfleksikan melalui sikap Kudou yang meskipun mudah marah, tetap mempertimbangkan pendapat orang lain. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research was conducted to determine the representation of gaman in the character Kudou Chika from the anime Kono Oto Tomare. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The research data is in the form of scenes and dialog performed by the character Kudou Chika as the data source. The data collection methods used are library study techniques and observation note-taking. The theory used in this research is semiotic theory by John Fiske which describes television codes through three levels, namely reality, representation, and ideology. From the results of the research, the representation of gaman is depicted through three characters owned by Kudou Chika, including persistent, patient and diligent. The representation of gaman in the form of perseverance and diligence is reflected through Kudou Chika's struggle to learn koto from the basics, despite his bad image, still eager to continue improving his ability to play koto into the stage of being able to participate in the national competition. Meanwhile, the representation of gaman in the form of patience is reflected through Kudou's attitude, which despite being easily angered, still considering opinions of the others. |
