| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tulisan ini membahas tentang abstraksi dari skripsi berjudul "Pengaruh Pengetahuan Akuntansi, Pengalaman Usaha, dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Persepsi Manfaat Informasi Akuntansi pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Wilayah Kabupaten Banyumas." UKM memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian suatu wilayah. Namun, masih banyak UKM yang menghadapi tantangan, salah satunya terkait penggunaan informasi akuntansi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara pengetahuan akuntansi, pengalaman usaha, dan motivasi kerja dengan persepsi manfaat informasi akuntansi pada UKM di Kabupaten Banyumas. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pemilik UKM di wilayah tersebut. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan teknik analisis regresi untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh masing-masing variabel independen terhadap persepsi manfaat informasi akuntansi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan akuntansi berhubungan positif dan signifikan dengan persepsi manfaat informasi akuntansi. Semakin tinggi pengetahuan akuntansi yang dimiliki oleh pemilik UKM, semakin positif persepsi 3 mereka terhadap manfaat informasi akuntansi. Pengalaman usaha juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap persepsi manfaat informasi akuntansi. Selain itu, motivasi kerja juga terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap persepsi manfaat informasi akuntansi pada UKM di wilayah tersebut. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pemahaman mengenai faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi persepsi pemilik UKM terhadap manfaat informasi akuntansi. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar bagi pemerintah dan lembaga terkait dalam mengembangkan programprogram pendidikan dan pelatihan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan akuntansi, pengalaman usaha, dan motivasi kerja para pemilik UKM, sehingga dapat mendukung perkembangan UKM di Kabupaten Banyumas. |

Inggris) | This text discusses the abstract of a thesis titled "The Influence of Accounting Knowledge, Business Experience, and Work Motivation on the Perception of Accounting Information Benefits in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MMEs) in the Banyumas Regency Area." MSMEs play a significant role in a region's economy. However, many MSMEs still face challenges, one of which is related to the utilization of accounting information. This research aims to examine the relationship between accounting knowledge, business experience, and work motivation with the perception of accounting information benefits among MMEs in the Banyumas Regency. The research method employs a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires distributed to MME owners in the area. Hypothesis testing is conducted using regression analysis techniques to identify the influence of each independent variable on the perception of accounting information benefits. The research findings indicate that accounting knowledge is positively and significantly related to the perception of accounting information benefits. The higher the accounting knowledge possessed by MME owners, the more positive their perception of the benefits of accounting information. Business experience also 2 has a positive and significant influence on the perception of accounting information benefits. Additionally, work motivation is proven to have a positive and significant influence on the perception of accounting information benefits among MSMEs in the region. Thus, this research contributes to the understanding of the factors influencing MME owners' perceptions of the benefits of accounting information. The implications of this research can serve as a basis for the government and relevant institutions to develop educational and training programs aimed at enhancing the accounting knowledge, business experience, and work motivation of MME owners. This, in turn, can support the development of MMEs in the Banyumas Regency. |
